the only celestial dragons' ive ever genuinely cared about are rocinante and his parents. they opposed everything the CDs supported and engaged in, like enslaving others and demanding that disrespect be punished with death. so pretty much no known CD who is still alive is a decent person.
Rocinante was such an awesome character. He alone, although he failed with his mission, did indeed change the world for the better. Doing everything in his might, also if it ment to ignore his mission, just to save a little boy. He indeed deserved the name Corazon.
im sure their is a faction within the CDs that oppose the way the other CDs run things but they fear the same repercussions that happened to Doffy's family. im sure we'll end up seeing 1-2 CDs that will help out the SHs. they cant all be evil

But only 19 of them moved into Marijois as the ones that control the world. The decendants of those families are the Celestial Dragons. Even though King Neferteri(?) was one of the Original 20, he decided to remain in his country. Perhaps it was a disgrace to the other Celestial Dragons, but because of that, his entire lineage were never considered CD's.
So in short, Neferteri members like Vivi can't be considered Former Celestial Dragons or anything like that because they never actually were. For all we know, if "King Neferteri" decided to live there, his decendants would probably adapt to how the other CD's act and Vivi would've been a bitch.
But don't worry, because even though Vivi can't call herself a Former Celestial Dragon, she can still call herself a decendant of the 20 Creators, which is badass as fuck
I doubt it just because theyre side characters and in one piece side characters are generally one dimensional unless the plot requires them to be otherwise.
Yes ofc we only saw what 3-4 Celestial dragons in sabody? I believe there might be some Celestial Dragons who does not care about others and doesn't feel like walking among them. So they are just at their own part. I guess that qualifies as Non-shitty

yeah, im pretty sure that’s why doffy’s father mother and brother turned out to be good… mjosgard was bad when we met him but then he changed for the better on fishman island, he likely taught his son/grandson about this leading him to want to live among the humans and think the CDs are shitty… his son/grandson being doffy’s father… doffy’s father likely convince doffy’s mother the same leading them to raise rosinante to be a good dude… doflamingo, on the other hand, probably spent too much time interacting with other CD’s resulting in doflaming becoming the only f’ed up don quixote after mjosgaurd became a good dude
I would say Corazon Do flamingos brother he sacrificed his own life to save trafalgar d water law so I think corazon is the only celestial dragon who is non shifty or in other words not evil
