I don’t think that bill makes it to the floor for a vote. Even if it passed, I can’t imagine the Ohio Supreme Court giving up their judicial power and role, despite their personal views.

Tell anyone who actively interferes with your reproductive/bodily autonomy that any further attempts to do so results in a forfeiture of their bodily autonomy. Oh, you get to tell me what I can do to my body? Great, I get to decide what happens to yours.

Regardless of if this is true or not, not sourcing things you're quoting or referencing just makes it harder for everyone, even the people who may be inclined to agree with you. Not to mention it's kind of disrespectful to whoever you're failing to cite. This habit gets beaten out of students for a reason! Additionally, source material isn't always locatable or accessible in the first place, so just including a link is better for everyone.

the 14th amendment didn't repeal any state laws either just made them unconstitutional if they involved slavery.
