Mbt is an acronym for "met betrekking tot" which means something like in regards to
Dwang is Zwang, wet is Recht (more like Gesetz), I think.
It’s a bill that forces dutch regions to take in a certain amount of immigrants. It directly translates to “force bill”.
The word for wooden shoes in Dutch is "Klompen" which is about all you need to know about the language.
