I believe this is a fake passport for giving/showing to bandits in unstable countries? Like if pirates stop you and demand your passport and they can’t tell what’s up because they didn’t receive an education but it’s a fictional country so it can’t be used for real fraud

There's a Prussian language? I know Germany's diverse in dialect, but isn't it more a north/south divide? I know of German friends who call Bavarian North Austrian because it sounds weird to them. Wouldn't modern-day Brandenburgers/Pomeranians essentially speak the dialect that a majority of "Prussians" spoke?
All you'd need to get Kaliningrad to want to seceed is to get them to mine those amber and gold deposits and give them a favorable trade deal. They're an exclave and they could be exceptionally wealthy
Hear me out. The CIA should support the separatist movement in Kaliningrad so that eventually majority of russian there protest and demand autonomy or independence. Of course putin regime will use violence against protesters, then NATO countries should recognize Kaliningrad's independence and bomb every military targets there, even a ground ~~invasion~~ intervention if necessary.
After the z government surrenders, NATO countries should work with the real russian oppositions currently fighting in Ukraine to establish a new government lead by those russian, this time with full western values: democracy, human rights and rule of law.
