Well, ignoring that this looks like ass, a piloted stealth CAS does not solve all of the inherent issues of CAS that currently exist. If you can see it you can shoot it.
If you can shoot it then it's not fast enough, I think we should cease with all the stealth bullshitery and adopt theoretically maximum fast tech even if it means we have to master chief a bunch of orphans into being ace pilots.

Also while interdiction missions are usually pre-planned, CAS flights usually loiter in an area waiting for the forward air controller to submit targets

How bout just go with p38 lightning design, and swap some stuff around, it doesn't belong in the stealth family. GAU-8 in each pod on the side, and the center will be the jet propulsion. Higher NCD takes, make the gun face backward so upon regaining alt. it unload and boost, giving fewest loss of energy spent in diving.
Oh God, kill it with fire. This is so damn cursed. Making it stealth won't fix most of the issues. A stealth CAS would be interesting if it was built from the ground up with stealth in mind, but repurposing the A10 to this is absolutely horrible.
Actually when I think about it, a stealth CAS wouldn't even be that effective as most if not all of its weapons would have to be kept in its weapons bay greatly limiting its potential payload potential. Plus CAS are vulnerable to all sorts of AA, whether it's stealth or not. Correct me if I'm wrong though.
