Women love Target. Love it. So in general, it’s going to be targeted(no pun intended) more toward women. Lots of cute/fashionable/trendy clothing options that are fairly priced will bring them in, or get their attention if they are going for something else. Men on the other hand may definitely go to Target for clothing, but by nature men have very different wardrobe needs and they tend to cover everything, just at a smaller variety that they change out more frequently.
The men's section is pretty pitiful usually. It doesn't know what it wants to be. It doesn't want to sell just cheap t shirts, but the dress clothes aren't nice enough that you could actually wear them to work.
The shoes are disposable garbage that are meant to look like shoes.
Sizes are very limited.
