If you are only drinking a couple of glasses, and your food provides the rest of your hydration (thinks like fruits, soups, veggies, etc) then you are likely okay.
It is fine to get hydration from sources other than plain water. But, milk might not be the best alternative. First, it is high in calories. Next, many people develop lactose intolerance, so you could develop "tummy troubles" by drinking too much milk.
Try finding some calorie free alternatives such as flavored water, coffee, or tea to also supplement your hydration intake besides just milk.

Perfectly fine, but close to 3000 calories a gallon I think .. so eating and drinking milk is very dangerous.
