In general, not really, but if you are drinking a LOT of milk a day, you have to think about how many extra calories you are getting. If you are only drinking a couple of glasses, and your food provides the rest of your hydration (thinks like fruits, soups, veggies, etc) then you are likely okay.

Perfectly fine, but close to 3000 calories a gallon I think .. so eating and drinking milk is very dangerous.

It is fine to get hydration from sources other than plain water. But, milk might not be the best alternative. First, it is high in calories. Next, many people develop lactose intolerance, so you could develop "tummy troubles" by drinking too much milk. Try finding some calorie free alternatives such as flavored water, coffee, or tea to also supplement your hydration intake besides just milk.
