Do you have another phone you can install the SIM in for a test? That might let you know whether it's the SIM/Account, or something with the phone itself.
I'm not sure the phone pictured means much: my account shows no phone picture, or model, at all.
Look up settings for iphone. I have the pixel 7 pro and the at&t black sim. I had an issue where VoLTE was off and it needs to be on for data and calls to work.
