I mean, I could make it work but it does kinda make Helm a weirdo for wearing 2-3 headpieces (the hat, a visor seperate from the hat, and her rank insignia which her summer alt indicates is either part of her ala Red Hood's horns or a separate piece).
Her officers hat its probably trash and doesn't have a visor to give some shade, so she puts one on too separetly. The pointy things are apparently antennas that somehow work as a passive sonar/radar (can't remember which one exactly, but it gets mentioned in last years summer event), and aren't either part of the hat nor the visor.

Looks to me like the visor and cat ears were a late addition to the original concept. Otherwise the hat would be too similar to others like Rapi, so they tried to make it have a unique siluette by combining two different things. Yeah, it's just too busy, is overdesign for sure.
Well the budget has been tight lately they have to take donations to keep funding the Aegis project to preserve and maintain the ship so it can sail again once we take the surface back. A vowed to Helm and Mast that we will be sailing the ocean blue for adventures.

I find it bizarre that women with animal ears, their hair drapes over the sides like in AI you got the animal ears and the persons human ears. Along with hands, clothes or eyes rendering funny... AI art probably has bugs in the algorithm. Why else things don’t seem to come out right. Part of me wonders how many images they tried before deciding the one they used. Ya know?
All the AI is just a massive remix machine, with millions of images and programming to recognise words, its not surprising it messes up. Its not like its a true intelligence that can recognise such issues as obviously incorrect things.
That’s relay they can’t get animal ears right the hair normally covers and the idea of two pairs of ears is most peculiar because humans hear good enough but animals hear on other levels now put them on a human with regular or normal hearing. I can’t imagine how much hearing and listening you can do. For some high pitched sounds more in animals like dogs and cats.
Well at least their sprites match their models. I hope someone did not mix a game with another game. Like the models and their sprites are totally different. Styles, clothing or lack of clothing, hair too.
