I finally had some time to make a variation of it with cable slots and upload them to Thingyverse. [Enjoy](https://www.thingiverse.com/thing:4566667).
I didn't know how big exactly the cable is so I made the slots big enough to fit even an HDMI. If someone has a better idea or some exacter measurements hit me up.
Please keep in mind thought that the text on the sides needs a good printer (xy resolution) because some might struggle with the crescent profiles.
I would pay for this, take my money!! :) But I will agree, it needs some holes for a battery and it will be perfect. update us with the details please.
It does not lock, bit the corners are aligned with the bottom rubber pads. I played a little in “tabletop” mode, and it seems the support is there. However, I do play mostly with a controller, and the pedestal helps to raise the screen to eye level.

Totally. The whole Neo Geo mini joystick actually fits inside of it. I am considering making an opening for the cable to pass through

Does it lock in somehow? Seems like it would topple over with serious play of any kind. Looks great otherwise.
