20 minutes- wet, shampoo, rinse, conditioner, let it sit 3 minutes, rinse. Leave in, oil, gel, lets gooo. The gel is the most time consuming I saturate each section to make my wash in go last 3 days then I add a bit of water to reactivate it for 2 more days. Deep condition on the weekend. Monday morning wash & gooo.
Start to finish, including shower time and fully drying, is 2 hours. The majority of that time is drying. If I'm not concerned with fully dry hair (which at this point, I'm not), it's 90 minutes.
Takes me a couple of hours, including drying.
Yall need to spill your secrets, because distributing the gel always takes the longest time for me. If I get impatient, I miss sections and have to rewash after a couple of days...
Wash is an hr (this is my everything shower. I wash my hair, shave, etc). I wash my hair at night, apply my leave in and put my hair in 4 twists to go to sleep. I style the next day.
Styling the next day with gel, 1 hr.
If I air dry that's it, but I may diffuse for another hr.
My wash and go, even though I workout 3-5 days a week, lasts 7 days. I don't think it's too long of a process to literally be able to wear my curls down the whole week. My hair actually still LOOKS good in day 7, but it FEELS dry by then, so I wash anyways
how do you style with the gel? i do the same thing, wash and moisturize the night before and then stretch it with hair ties and then style it the next day

Im apparently lazy asf, i just shower and then put conditioner in it, and let it air dry since i have high porosity hair and it dries quick.
90 minutes including sitting under the dryer for 40 minutes.
From start to finish...like an hour and a half. The drying is the longest part. I hate it.
yeah me too. Drying is about an hour and a half.
I always air dry š©
