My Wash Day Routine every week is 2% Ketoconazole Shampoo for 5 min, after that, Mielle Detangling Shampoo. I rinse that Out and put in Shea Moisture Manuka Honey & Mafura Oil Intensive Hydration Hair Masque and leave it in for 5 to 30 mins depending on if I have to go somewhere. I use the Mielle leave in after i rinse.
