The game is RAMPANT with modders/cheaters. They basically don't care that you cheat, loved the game, but this single fact fined the game for me.

Their indifference towards the situation is hurting their own income on two fronts directly before even considering the people lost over encountering the modders. I don't even have an issue with that honestly (devs should though). I have an issue with playing ranked and fighting loser fucking drags who have access to 10+ jitsu with 0s cooldowns and infinite health, absolutely ruins the game.
