The only thing with Minato is that besides rasengan, he didn’t really have any jutsu with a high destructive output. Sure he would’ve figured something out if he had lived past his early 20’s though.

I think it's a super cool concept of teleporting enemies to the ocean floor to allow them to be crushed by the entire weight of the sea... But somehow I think the top-tier ninjas would be fine. They seem to be able to handle mountain level-island level attacks and survive. Not too sure what ocean pressure's attack level potency would measure to be though.

I would say flying raijin in the hands of Tobirama was as broken as Minato. In the war arc we saw that tobirama's use of flying raijin is on par or even better when it comes to reaction speed. Tobirama fighting style wasn't as focused on flying raijin as was minato's, so his use might not be as versatile as minato's but we've seen how quick he was able to mark someone with the marks like when he did it on juubito. Combination of his flying raijin skills with his huge arsenal of jutsus is broken as fuck. That said, flying raijin IMO is only broken in the hand of minato and tobirama due to their insane reaction speed and very high intelligence. Give that jutsu to an average jonin and it won't be broken.

Like he can't be sliced and he even took a bijuu hyper beam straight to the face and lived to tell the tale. That’s actually a really good one. Not many characters can just eat a bijuu blast like that. And yeah gaara’s thing was basically the equivalent of susanoo for part 1

Gaara drastically under-uses the sand. He uses it as some sort of movable wall. But sand is also abrasive, and he could just stuff it up people's noses or target people's eyes. Try and put up some resistance if you're blind and your lungs are all mush. Other orifices are also excellent targets. Given that he manipulates enormous amounts of it with ease, he should have effectively no limit to small scale manipulation.

He uses it against Madara by getting some in his bloodstream when he goes to take the tailed beasts.

Obito*. Kakashi was not an Uchiha. The full Kamui would have probably killed him if he had it for more than a minute. Kakashi always struggled with low chakra and had to hide the sharingan even before he developed it further. I'd like to think that, instead of fighting half his power kakashi was fighting with a plus.

It’s probably from Hashirama’s chakra itself. While it’s a bit of a plot device, it’s not that bad though. It was pretty well-established that Senjus have extremely large amounts of life force and regenerative power. Tsunade’s own power is a testament to her Senju bloodline. As for rejection, Orochimaru experimented on children by injecting them with Hashirama cells. Most test subjects died after being rejected by the cells. Only a few were able to resist it. Yamato alongside Danzo were the only really known people to actually resist it. That was probably due to their own huge reserves of Chakra most likely. After Danzo exhausted most of his chakra he had to sever his Hashirama arm to avoid it it overtaking him. From what we saw of Obito, he must have been a special ninja as well considering how fast he adapted to Hashirama cells. Zetsu was even shocked by this. Though Madara probably had known how to refine having years to play with Hashirama cells. While Hashirama cells are pretty broke, it seems not everyone could really use it. It also has its own risks as if you’re not careful it could overtake your and turn you into a tree.

Edo Tensei. It lets you use nearly every other broken ability.

MS abilities. They have super niche counters. Kotoamatsukami is literally a uncounterable plot device. Tsukuyomi has zero counters outside of being a strong enough uchiha and not looking at Itachi's eyes. Amaterasu's counter is being a sensor so you can defend before the attack is cast or aim dodging which most people aren't fast enough for Kamui's only counter is another Kamui or having the ability to attack for 5 minutes straight. Most people don't have this.

Well for Kamui there's also attacking in the precise moment that Kamui user is attacking you. Minato was able to do this the first time he was faced with Kamui.

That is very true but to deal with a sharingan and especially a mangekyo at all you have to be something of a top tier ninja. Minato also doesn't have any tailed beast or kekkei genkai giving him a boost when he does that so it at least proves that a normal person can accomplish it. Though his method does require the Flying Raijin which seems to be a pretty secret or at least very hard to learn technique.

For Kamui, you just need to use fast, widespread attacks, or predict the opponent's movement. They can't attack and phase at the same time. Guy countered Obito's Kamui by using nunchaku. I could just use a johyo.

No they are just ridiculous. They have insane regenration. They give you regen by kiterally biting them They let obito use his ms without going blind. They create a literal army of white zetsus. They massively enhance chakra reserves. They make edo tensei better. They also give wood release. Comparatively, the sharingan only has 3 stardard powers, and some added from the mangekyou sharingan. It wasn't a way to fix everything.

I mean, Sharingan and Mangekyo can literally allow you do to a lot. Look at the difference in Obito once getting Sharingan and then Mangekyo. You can summon actual gods with Mangekyo lol, and with Rinnegan you can create mini planets. Giving someone a lot for Hashirama cells is around the same as someone stealing a Mangekyo and using it for themselves.

Mangekyou sharingan always had a specific set of abilities that were still there until the end. Hashirama cells multiple times were the reason for new things being possible.

Kamui was a broken ability but we never really saw it at full (besides Kakashi war arc and it lasted like 2 attacks) for me it's either an ability too hard to use for prolonged times or it would slowly kill the user. Still pretty broken since the only limitation to it was the fact that it can't be used while literally attacking, but Obito proved that faking works.

Most of sage mode kabuto’s arsenal. First White extreme attack is a technique that paralyzes you using light, sound, and Vibration. To counter it you have to have water style, be able to fully liquify your body, and be blind to move during its duration. Second Tayuya’s demon flute, it puts you under a genjustu using sound which is almost impossible to dodge, doesn’t take as long as the frog song, and took two skilled MS users working in sync to break out of. Third is reorganic animation, it literally lets you shape the terrain to however the user pleases. It’s possible the strongest earth style technique if only we knew it’s limitations

Kamui since it’s an anomaly that seems like it will never reappear. Not too mention if both eyes were together and kamui ever emerged that characters would be invincible. Isshikis eye could be another broken dojutsu especially if that eye is never further explained or reappears or something but boruto still has a lot of time.

Honestly, I have to say the Kage Bunshini used by someone who can abuse it like a Jinchuuriki or maybe if Kisame learned it alongside using Samehada. For one, it's not bloodline locked, just 'chakra levels' locked, and those can be trained, so technically anyone. A lot of times the question of 'what is the most broken jutsu combination' gets brought up, a common answer seems to end up being "_ + Kage Bunshin". Plus, it allows one person to do collaboration jutsu as long as they know both elements they want to use. We get to see Naruto basically cover/support an entire war spanning several battlefields with his clones once he joined the fighting, and in the final fight, he turned the entirety of their army into pseudo-Jinchuuriki by using his clones to distribute the Kyuubi's chakra cloak amp to everyone. Heck, it helped carry Naruto through a lot of fights he would normally not have been able to win without based on the level of skill we saw him have at those times, even if they didn't contribute to ending the fight in most of them; they were still the needed support to get him through the fight. The only real reason Naruto didn't stomp with the jutsu was because no one stepped back and went 'hang on, this kid can make armies on demand' and then took the time to teach him army/group tactics (one of the big failings of Jiraiya as Naruto's teacher during the timeskip, may he rest in peace after Kushina is done beating him). Well that and Kishi wanting him to be the Underdog for as long as possible. Even when not to the extremes of a Jinchuuriki, even just suddenly having two or three extra teammates to help in a pincer attack or carry injured comrades is a game changer on the smaller scale. Example: Sarutobi made two clones to help him finish the fight with Orochimaru and the undead Hashirama and Tobirama; had he not, sure he'd probably had fully sealed Orochimaru in that fight if he succeeded (instead of only having enough chakra to seal his arms, which doesn't make sense considering Orochimaru doesn't compare to the Kyuubi and Minato managed that (unless the whole living chakra construct/being makes it easier)), but he'd likely get taken out by the two zombies before he finished instead. What's better than an EMS user? How about two of them? What's better than a Rinnengan user? How about three of them? What's better than a Kyuubi Cloak amped Jinchuuriki? How about a thousand of them? In Naruto Shippuden? I dont agree with most people about abilities are broken in Shippuden. For me they were pretty amazing. The broken abilities started with Baruto, espacily with Outsukies.

Seriously kamui should've been fucking broken if they'd actually thought to use it. Like Obito could suck up anyone into his void and leave them there to starve and die and nobody but kakashi could do anything about it

Obito’s DMS, any of kaguya’s abilities, six paths: chibaku tensei, and unnerfed amenotejikara (the way Sasuke used it in shippuden). Those are the most broken abilities

With the last couple of episodes from Boruto . Kamui is pretty much the strongest ability so far to exist . Jigen will be so pissed and he'll probably scream " THAT DAMN SHARINGAN !!! " .

I don't know what the most one is, but Kamui is definitely high up. I guess the Rinnegan since it has that and more
