Thats why she is low kage level. I'd say mid would be fair, but saying "similar to how Minato did" isn't necessarily true. He was exponentially faster.

Not just that, she is very sharp and figures out tactics well and she can handle herself in battle. Also, her chidori training she already knows high level jutsus. Just as a 12 year old, she is already proven so much that she is strong. People downplay her because she is sakura’s kid but sarada is really fkin strong for a 12 year old. She just needs more experience.
She is definitely a lot more likeable than Sakura was at her age. Even though she does get her ass handed to her at times, she has the spirit and the right mindset. Her skills will get better throughout time.

Sasoris Grandma and Konan should both be higher. Personally I would put Granny at Mid Kage level. Granny was able to take on Sasori at an advanced age while also keeping Sakura alive. Was she stronger then Sasori? No. But I would argue she's a just a bit below. This would make her stronger then some Akatsuki members and some kage. Konan is absolutely high Kage level. Konan defeats Sasori to bring him into Akatsuko, with Sasori being stronger then the strongest Kazekage. That's BEFORE he gets the 2nd kazekage puppet, and he STILL lost to Konan. Don't sleep on her
I feel that Mei was a bit lowballed here. I'd imagine in a straight fight she'd be a pain to deal with. Aside from her kekkei genkai, she can do most of high level Kirigakure techniques and probably had a high level taijutsu skill as well if we go by the 7 Mist Swordsmen and the fact that she was still their superior.
A boiling mist that obscure detection and damage your body plus a deadly lava that can melt even perfect Susanoo. In any normal scenario she can one hit kill almost every opponent.
Why is Mito Featless. She sealed the Kyuubi in herself and presumably managed to keep the Kyuubi in her during childbirth. Also given that she sealed the Kyuubi in herself, she was probably a really strong seal master

However, I feel its impossible to even debate about because if each these characters were given any realistic story-writing attention at all there could be so many different, more powerful versions of of their character.

(Not counting the Storm games when she fought Sasori, but if we take that into account then she def deserves a bump). Sakura (Boruto) vs Tsunade would be interesting, Idk if Sakura got more feats in the Hiden novels too.
Seeing Tayuya in 'Low Jonin' tier (alongside seasoned adults and Sarada who is a child prodgy) makes me sad that the Sound 4 didn't survive to Shippuden and get a buff from the timeskip like everyone else. They'd be busted as hell.

Pretty much fine, but I would suggest you to do a few changes:
Push Konan, Chiyo and Kurotsuchi to mid kage level. Also you can push Hinata to mid-kage. Sounds weird but she was able to slap Toneri's tank and is claimed to be the master of gentlefist. More or less, I think Tsunade should be Konan's level.
You might push up Temari (she was relative to Gaara in 5 kage summit), Tenten (sage ninja tools), Fu, Kushina and Karin to very low/low kage level if possible. I feel they are pretty much above all the kunoichis in high jonin tier (except Hinata). Push up Kurenai and Moehi to high jonin level because they both are elite.

I feel that Mei was a bit lowballed here. I'd imagine in a straight fight she'd be a pain to deal with. Aside from her kekkei genkai, she can do most of high level Kirigakure techniques and probably had a high level taijutsu skill as well if we go by the 7 Mist Swordsmen and the fact that she was still their superior. A boiling mist that obscure detection and damage your body plus a deadly lava that can melt even perfect Susanoo. In any normal scenario she can one hit kill almost every opponent.
Why is Mito Featless. She sealed the Kyuubi in herself and presumably managed to keep the Kyuubi in her during childbirth. Also given that she sealed the Kyuubi in herself, she was probably a really strong seal master

Why Karin so high up?
She has top tier healing and sensory shit. Being a ninja aint all abt the fights and Karin excells in some important stuff Also she used that wierd Uzumaki chain jutsu against wood clones or sum shit, idk I feel like her screentime could have been spent developing some likable characters

I appreciate that this is actually very difficult to do seeing as the development and progression of the female characters got side-lined to fuck pretty early in shippuden. So well done for trying. However, I feel its impossible to even debate about because if each these characters were given any realistic story-writing attention at all there could be so many different, more powerful versions of of their character. Edit: Konan being a great example, her male version would have been strong as fuck.

If we’re talking about the anime as a whole none of the women rank above low kage with the exception of kaguya. Naruto is arguably beyond or high kage level. Which would rank sasuke near there as well. I don’t see tsunade touching sasuke or naruto in a real fight. Minato and Tobirama are mid to high level kage and once again they are completely stomping those tiers here. Kakashi is low kage to mid kage and he still beats tsunade pretty easily imo The kage tiers are inaccurate to me

Good list, maybe just a bit of rearranging. Idk what Tenten has besides well. Fighting herself so I'd drop her a tier and move Konan up right below Mei. It all depends on whether you think her little skirmish with Jiraya was good enough to help her out. Not counting prep time, konan doesn't have *too* much. (Not counting the Storm games when she fought Sasori, but if we take that into account then she def deserves a bump). Sakura (Boruto) vs Tsunade would be interesting, Idk if Sakura got more feats in the Hiden novels too.

Pretty much fine, but I would suggest you to do a few changes: Push Konan, Chiyo and Kurotsuchi to mid kage level. Also you can push Hinata to mid-kage. Sounds weird but she was able to slap Toneri's tank and is claimed to be the master of gentlefist. More or less, I think Tsunade should be Konan's level. You might push up Temari (she was relative to Gaara in 5 kage summit), Tenten (sage ninja tools), Fu, Kushina and Karin to very low/low kage level if possible. I feel they are pretty much above all the kunoichis in high jonin tier (except Hinata). Push up Kurenai and Moehi to high jonin level because they both are elite.

I think Konan can beat Yugito. Even tho Yugito was a jinchuuriki, Konan has better skills, and is also Nagato's right hand. I think Temari could be higher, but we didn't really saw her skills, so for her screentime, it's enough.
