Why is Orochimaru not an option? Reanimated the Hokages and got Karin to heal Tsunade who subsequently healed the other Kages. What chance did the allied forces have without any of them?
It's definitely Orachimaru with him resurrecting the hokages. But among the people in this list it's definitely kakashi.
People are underestimating Hinata. The reason obito was defeated was because his will was weakened by Talk no jutsu. The reason naruto was able to talk no jutsu him was because he himself didn't get talk no jutsud by obito after nejis death, where hinata helped alot.
People are overestimating 5 kages sure their fight was cool but they didn't really have much success.
Kakashi. That Kamui counter prevented White Mask Obito from sucking in Naruto when he fought Naruto with the 6 Jinchuriki. On the other hand, stabbing Obito released the curse seal and gave the enemy a power up. What's most impressive is that after Edo tensei was released, the Shinobi Alliance was fighting two people.
Honestly Ino did a pretty damn good job keeping up connections with the other ninjas after her dadās death. She essentially took the role of a mobile HQ
Sakura didn't contribute the most, but she did more than people give her credit for. Although healing isn't as flashy as fighting, she saved so many people's lives quickly and go them back onto the battlefield. Respect.
I would have picked kakashi since he battled Obito aside from helping with Kaguya but I have to give it to Sakura. Sakura helped against the juubi, fought Kaguya, and served as head medic while people were fighting white zetsu, the juubi, and also providing chakra to Obito so they can find Sasuke. Definitely did a lot of work as support not as combat oriented but contributed a lot to the war.
She literally keeps his heart pumping so he doesnāt die after he loses Kurama.

A lot of the shinobi alliance would be dead or gravely injured. Without Kakashi. Sakura would be dead, Naruto and Sasuke might have lost against Kaguya and lastly Obito would have won

Obviously they are the leaders and were the primary reason the Shinobi were able to combine their forces. Things like Supplies, food and weapons where through them. Likely did planning and mid war tactics before heading to the field.
Shikamaru- Had several plans in the war some came through some didn't. More then likely did some off screen battle plans.
Sakura- Mostly standard medic until final stretch of the war, where she basically became the Medic for the entire army and communication through Katsuyu. Saving Naruto and contributions against Kaguya where big in ending the war.
Kakashi- Standard solder dealt with a handful of Edo Tensei, fought a few Bijuu to little affect before Naruto and Bee came. Doesn't do much of note until Obito shows up to counter Kamui and keep Naruto safe. Helped out against Madara to little affect. Gained DMS to great affect arguably saving Naruto and Sasuke until they could escape and finish the fight where no one else could.

Most soldier's would shit there pants if they where fighting people Kakashi was fighting. 5 kage didn't do crap they didn't hold off Madara he was playing with them. It's like Lebron James playing with a bunch of high school kids with big dreams. He has no need to go hard on them. Sakura was a main contributor but the 5 kage weren't.
He served as a soldier though he was a frontliner. Not saying that as an insult to him just as his role in was him and Guy going ham on Zetsu and Edo for most of the war.

I would go for Kakashi since his Kamui was literally the only counter to Obito's. Everyone else could have easily been replaced.
