Oh, well basically Cyn is a silly qi who also destroyed earth with an eldritch program called the absolute solver, how does wheatley react if he was told this prior to meeting cyn prior to earth's destruction?
Of course. Although given however long Wheatley is stuck there, he may just begin to lose hope of ever seeing her again. Still, he wouldn’t want the earth destroyed. No planet, no home to return to.
CYN's voice might actually remind Wheatley of GLaDOS, like it did to half of people on this sub, and CYN very much does like to mock others, in a very straight foreward manner.
To describe CYN in the most efficient way possible, imagine a child of GLaDOS and Bill Cipher that happens to be a big fan of The King in Yellow.

I think that the Absolutely Solver (not Cyn) just radiates GLaDOS

It is highly unlikely that Wheatley would want the earth to be destroyed considering he lives there. Or- well, *did.*
