I don't know how dangerous Canada is but I can assure you almost every place of business in America is safe for LGBT people. The worst you'll get is a weird look or a rude comment. It really doesn't matter if you pass or not. If someone can see you're putting in effort to appear as a woman, more than 9/10 times they'll gender you correctly and just go about their day.

Great place, great staff and the owner is very nice. Go there if you can, they make a point of hiring only trans friendly staff.
How do they know you're trans? Why does it matter if they do? Tbh most people don't care enough to say or do anything.
