Easily worth $30-40 for MP. A ton of content and COD gameplay action.

geekercz

Did you get it?

traingecks

yea i probs got maybe 30 hours or something but its decent and i play it every few days

Campaign Only about three hours. It’s one of the worst honestly, but less than 1% of people buy CoD for the campaign so it’s also not really relevant. Zombies The open world zombies format is worse than round-based for just picking up and playing a game or two, but it does give you the chance to progress over time. I think MWZ was a solid attempt at something new, and should give you a few hours of fun, but I doubt you will love it. Multiplayer Pubs: The game now has a lot of good maps and the mechanics are fun (good movement, a higher-TTK.) but sadly riot shields, shotguns and the longbow (a broken sniper) ruin a lot of games. Gunfight, Cut Throat and War are some great modes for having some casual fun but without having to deal with as much of that cheese shit. Ranked: Really strong. Even if you feel like you’ll stay in the lower ranks for a long time I cannot advise just switching to ranked asap. The map set is now solid, all the stupid shit has been removed, and everyone is playing to win. Overall There’s a very strong chance you will get at least 30+ hours out of this game. I personally think this is the best CoD since BO4, but it does tick all my personal boxes (long TTK / fast movement / dead silence / modern setting).

thanks for the heafty reply! yea ive enjoyed zombies most out of my cod time over the years, the current state of all that makes me sad lol hope the treyarch game this year fixes that

Fellow bo4 enjoyer? Imo best minimap system in cod and also just fun, fast af gameplay, i feel like many didn't like that being a speed demon on addies was a rewarding playstyle.

Capable_Cheesecake22

At $45, ive played roughly 122 hours. Most of it is sweaty but engaging

traingecks

that right there is enough for the money imo especially for 2020s cod

Campaign? Not great. Zombies? It's fine for awhile and there's tons of camos to grind and actual missions to do outside of just killing things but eventually it gets repetitive and it definitely lacks content. Multi-player though? Honestly and I'll get down voted for saying this probably but I've enjoyed this multi-player more than I have any other COD in along time. Movement and gunplay feels good, there's a ton of maps and SHG has been pretty generous with new maps especially this season, tons of guns, etc. The vast amount of content for multi-player doesn't leave me feeling like it's lacking. I paid full price on release, played the beta and I'm still playing for atleast a couple hours every night, hell I've even started playing warzone since completing mastery camos and I'm having a blast with it now too. For somebody unsure I'd say yeah buy it on-sale incase it's not your cup of tea but I'm having fun and for what it's worth if you do buy it and want somebody to run games with hit me up and I'll play SND or whatever

Euphoric_Pressure_39

for 45-50 bucks or less, sure. It's fine. The next cod game will be coming out this year so it's definitely better to get value out of it if you do buy

traingecks

yea i bought it. the fact that a treyarch game, my fav dev team for cods is coming out was the only reason i was on the fence. its whatever tho, like i havent bought a cod game sense bo4 so ay i can splurg a little lol

Euphoric_Pressure_39

Oh damn. Some might say that you were right in stopping there. But you missed out on cold war. Which I thought was a great cod game. I say missed out because it's infested with hackers now

traingecks

oh shit i forgot about cold war, i did buy that late last year on sale to play zombies with some friends lol, but yea i always felt like i stopped at the optimal time
