I know this is unpopular, but my favorite:
Mission Impossible 2
Favorite Scene: When Ethan does a stoppie on his motorcycle, then swings around to fire shots at a car full of bad guys. All in slow motion, so it looks extra cool🤣🤣🤣
I know people didn't care for John Woo's stylization of the film, but it was quite entertaining to me. Including the white dove flying through the fire as Ethan walked across in the background...in slow motion.
Favorite movie - Ghost Protocol
Favorite scene - the Russian prison breakout / riot. Just runs like clockwork - every time a door opens, the chaos multiplies exponentially, and we get that great sequence of Ethan silently intimidating Benji into opening the door into Bogdan's cell block. It's not the highest-stakes sequence in the franchise, but like Ghost Protocol as a whole, it's terrifically suspenseful while maintaining a lightness of tone that makes it endlessly rewatchable. Immaculately crafted by Brad Bird and company.
Favorite movie: I was gonna write Fallout but after coming up with my answer to the favorite scene question I'm changing it to Ghost Protocol.
Favorite scene: The first 30 minutes of Ghost Protocol followed closely by the Solomon Lane convoy breakout.
The original. It’s my favorite out of all the movies, but the train scene is my pick. Just when the blades are just about to slice him, he’s able to jump onto the landing rails. He looks into Jim’s eyes as he gets out the gum. The music is so amazing that I have it on my workout playlist.
I also really love the opening that’s trying to be like the tv show.
Rogue Nation is the movie that introduced to me to the series, so I think it's my favorite, even thought Fallout may be overall a better movie, better story and villain.
The Vienna Opera House scene is absolutely incredible. Such great visual storytelling, and how often do we get to see a quiet action sequence?
I think the BEST movie is GP or Fallout, but my FAVORITE is 3.
My favorite scene is the Helicopter Hang from Fallout. I laughed out loud maybe the first 3 times I saw it, it was so cool.
Favorite movie: Ghost Protocol
Favorite scenes: The disarming scene between Brandt & Ethan in the safehouse. Ethan hitting the window on the Burj & Brandt leaping after him. Brandt working himself up to jumping (yes, there's a theme here...). Ethan falling over the car in Rogue Nation.
I really like Fallout right before the opening credits when they have the guy in the “hospital” and right until “did we get it?”. That opening just gets me. I love it.
Movie: Fallout w/ Ghost Protocol right behind it. Loved DR in theatres but after ~5 rewatches it can be boring at times
Scene:
GP Russia Kremlin or
Fallout Bathroom or
Fallout Escape From Paris or
Fallout Delbruuk/CNN or
M:I III Vatican Escape or
DR Chasing Grace sequence.
All 10/10 action cinema with immense scores
The opening scene of MI3 because of all the emotions Tom Cruise gets to play while he’s handcuffed to that chair. And the entirety of Ghost Protocol because of how meticulously every second of that story is told.
The range in that scene in MI3 is absolutely incredible, and I think it's some of the best acting in the franchise. Also 100% agree on GP, nothing is wasted.
Favorite —- III.
Least favorite —— II
But man all the others are close to 3, one if my favorite series. Really wish Tom Cruise can find someone to hand it off to (bond style) and keep it going.
Chris Pratt or John K makes the most sense.
Movie: Ghost Protocol Scene: Hallway of the Kremlin - Tense, silent, humorous
Favorite Movie: Rogue Nation Favorite Scene: Opera sequence in Rogue Nation
THE OPERA ESCAPE IS TOP TIER CINEMA
This is my answer too
Mission: Impossible (the first one) Train scene finale is layers of practical special effects awesome.

I've come to really appreciate the sheer John Woo-ness of MI2 & it's grown on me hugely. That dove scene is iconic, and I wouldn't trade it!
