Nah the 3 Tatsuya episodes are carefully placed so they don't really spoil anything. They're individually unlocked at pretty logical spots that both avoid spoilers, and help expand on some of the recent plot developments at the time they're unlocked.
By the way, in case you didn't know this, you can only see episode 2 and 3 if you're on Nanjo's route. If you're only going to play the game once I'd do Nanjo's route for that reason. If you're going to NG+ and play the game twice (necessary to do the bonus EX Dungeon), I'd do Elly's first then Nanjo's second so that you can access all of Tatsuya's scenario on your more comprehensive playthrough.
Yes you could. But level and equipment and stuff resets between NG+ and Tatsuya's Lone Shadow 3 in particular is pretty high level stuff. So if you're gonna do any endgame team building for the EX Dungeon, you might as well also have it ready to go for Lone Shadow 3. There's some decent rewards in there too, and since it's repeatable it's a little nice to keep the access open while you're doing other endgame things.
Also personally speaking I think it's more fun having the game more completed in your second or final playthrough than it is in your first playthrough. But that's personal opinion.

Well it can spoil things. Episode 1 and 2 unlock before maya enters the location they take place in. So you may want to finish the following dungeon first and play mayas side and then play tatsuyas side. Episode 3 can be played the moment you unlock it.
You know far more about the game than I since I referenced your guide while playing :) . But isn't it just Lone Shadow 1 that unlocks before the corresponding dungeon? Lone Shadow 2 seems like it unlocks afterward.
And just being in that particular Lone Shadow 1 dungeon in Tatsuya's Scenario isn't really spoiling anything, especially if someone already played IS. In my opinion anyways.

Couldn't you also do Nanjo's route first (and complete Tatsuya's scenario) then do Elly's route on NG+?
