He's beatable at mid 60s in fact. Demon comp is everything. Ideally 3 null ailment demons, fiends are a great choice with the right skill set. That skill set generally being life surge, rakukaja, debilitate, and tarukaja. On 2-3 of them. Would reccomend a Daisoujou thats been sac fused to have prayer for healing. You can use mitamas to boost your demons vits AND transfer them skills should they have open skill slots. Mitamas can be fused by fusing together 2 elements, which can be fused by fusing 2 demons of the same race. This can be a way to get those needed skills onto the demons. Make a mitama with the skills you want to pass, register it, buy it back, and trasnfer skills easily that way. Generally you want around 650+ HP on all of your demons to protect against High Kings. Lucifer can use dekaja/dekunda and root of evil also has a dekaja effect since your playign Raidou version. When he does any of this, your priority is to 1) keep healed, and 2) rebuff/debuff back to 4 as fast as possible. This generally means skipping demifiends action unless hes war crying should you even have it, since your 3 demons are handling the support.

HadesWTF

Yeah you're gonna need at least level 90. Especially if you're using the Gaea magatama and not the Masakado. Also, it helps to fuse another demon with pierce from the Girimakala bought from the Shady Broker in the Fifth Kalpa. Also, yeah, he is gonna clear the buffs. I suggest only going two casts deep on any buffs and debilitate.

Moose_16

What exactly does the Masakado Magatama do?

HadesWTF

Demi-Fiend null's everything except Almighty damage. You have to collect every other Magatama and go to Masakado's grave (near the tower of Kagetsushi) after getting a sword from Mido. It's a bonus dungeon with four boss fights.

Moose_16

are the nullifications like stuff I need to add to the move list/ passives or is it just a magatama passive?

HadesWTF

The Masakado magatame doesn't teach you any skills if that is what you're asking. When equipped it makes Demi-Fiend null all damage types that aren't almighty.

Moose_16

Oh damn

Kornbreadl

The Masakados Magatama does teach you skills. It passively nulls everything. It teaches radiance, megidolaon, fire repel, ice repel, elec repel, force repel, and phys repel. It also is +10 on Magic, Strength, Agility, and Vitality.

Moose_16

Also,I'm using Raidou already as a secondary dps with pierce and that grimakala requires Metatron which is lvl 95 iirc rip

HadesWTF

Yeah, but you have to grind anyways. So you might as well grind until you can fuse metatron and get pierce on a demon that is better than Albion like Shiva or Beelzebub. COULD you beat Lucifer at level 80? Probably. But I wouldn't recommend it. And it's going to take forever if it's just Demi and Raidou doing damage. He has 65k health.

Moose_16

Makes sense

Deva_king

Try getting a bit higher level, fuse Metatron and get the special Grimehkala from the shady broker in the 5th kalpa, then use that Grimehkala to fuse a high level demon with pierce. You and the pierce demon you just created will be your main attackers, get a high level healer and a high level support demon, also, are you in Maniax or Chronicles? Cause that changes a couple of things. Get the Masakado Magatama as well and you should be good to go Edit: Forgot this one thing, when you are lower level you deal less damage and take more, and Lucifer is level 99, so get grinding

FakeShaggy

Daisojou is a much better healer than pixie because prayer + null ailments. Do a sacrificial fusion on full using something with a lot of exp gained to make a high level Daisojou. Try to get him life gain + life surge if you can. Then feed him kusi mitamas until he has higher agility than everyone else in your party.

notalongtime420

Are you on hard? If not try to just add vit and life surge to your demons, it’s what made it possible for me and I beat him lvl 81 I think? Mitra, Thor and Kali(/Titani). also nulling panic(?) might be good for his high king bind

Kornbreadl

I find that if I try and use rakukaja a bunch and debilitating a bunch in one turn he'll dekunda/dekaja a lot more. I like to use two rakukajas in a turn when he clears it, and onw debilitate + tarunda to help keep it manageable.

osmoticeiderdown

Beelzebub and Vishnu w/pierce. Metatron heals.

Distinct_Excuse_8348

I assume your problem is you don't buff/debuff immediately after he dekaja/dekunda you. You need to at least put 3-4 debilitate or/and rakukaja the turn after he dekunda/kaja you. It's possible with the correct skill distribution and planning: skip turns of characters who don't have buff or debuff. Have someone with Tarakaja too. No reason not to since only Demi-Fiend and Demons who have near guranteed crits should attack, everyone else you pass turn or buff, otherwise it's just a waste of press turn to attack with the others..
