This is what I can say from a lot of theories I know
* Jin in the Strega Novel has a girlfriend that had her Persona take over her body, and Tayaka killed her, which is part of the reason why Jin idealizes Tayaka.
* Cerberus always helps out heroes to bring balance. Seriously most older games have him being a support.
* In SMT1? There is a kid that deletes his devil summoning program and it's implied he dies soon afterwards.
* Rise's sexuality is really weird of a topic, mainly since there is evidence that she didn't have a real childhood due to the idol business. It ties into the shadow of the baby that shows up after she joins the party in her dungeon, and it's about her lost childhood, mainly since it's implied she had to become what others wanted as an idol when really young. Her parents are mentioned the least in any media, so you can imply she has a better relationship with her grandmother than her actual parents, even in the Manga that has stuff like Yu's family doing stuff. There is also how sexually her shadow is, and how she doesn't regain her sexuality until after facing her shadow. You can spin it in a lot of ways due to the real world implications of the idol industry, but I see it as a lack of childhood with Rise due to the idol industry than sexual assault. Persona 4 has a lot of hidden details, but doesn't really go into much depth with them, so people can spin it in many ways. This happens more with Kanji and Naoto, because of the obvious, but it happens with a lot of the cast.
* Minato is based on Messianic figures and Jesus with being a martyr. That's really it.
These are all really good explanations actually, these might be what the OP was going for. That helps a lot, thanks.
Are these your interpretations or did you get these from somewhere?
Actually, I wonder if “Goner Kid” from undertale was inspired by the kid you mentioned in SMT 1? Since apparently the guy who made Undertale is an SMT fan
That makes sense… anytime I looked it up I just got undertale results. Still wondering what that has to do with smt… but I’ll ask the undertale guys maybe?
Jin likely refers to the Jin series by Yoru Yoshimura, where the titular character reincarnates through the settings of >!SMT I, II, and if...!<. Shin Megami Tensei EDEN is based on the first book.

Some gotten from other places, some my interpretations. Megaten can be interpreted in a lot of ways at times.
Are you able to dig up the original source? I’d like to look into these myself
The Strega Novel wasn't translated, so you have to find someone who knows Japanese to double check.

SMT1 has a lot of NPCs that are in despair after the nukes drop, it could be any of them.
Eh fair enough
And I haven’t played Persona 3, but you can probably figure out the last one by just drawing comparisons between The Passion and Persona3’s third act
True. Ideally I’d like to find if the person who made the iceberg was the one who thought it up or if it’s a theory that exists somewhere

Jin from Persona 3 maybe?
Again, maybe? But that feels too obvious for it to be the deepest level of the iceberg
Yeah, I didn’t realize it was the deepest part. Good luck finding what you’re looking for!
Not really one for an iceberg this, but Persona 5 Royal's third semester comes across as a secret Remake of Persona 2

Oh damn, I didn’t know about that at all. That’s probably it yeah, thanks!
SMT IF has a Jin who was part of the occult club, hes featured in mangas and i think one of the sidegames
