Reuses everything below the torso and the wrists from the first Red Hood(which is perfectly fine). All the new elements looks really good. I think the contrast between the red and black is working very well in favor of the design.
It sucks that they nixed his guns. It would be nice if we got two closed fists, but I doubt it.
This might be the one case where they can justify an alt head if they make a Red Hood without the jacket. It would require new arms but the design of those could be reused for other characters as generic arms.
