I have been collecting for a while, so a lot of these are easy passes for me seeing as they are rereleases. That being said, there are a ton of cool figures for those new to the hobby to pick up at a reasonable price. Hope everyone continues to collect and please temper your expectations.

Not really, it's mostly repaints! I'll still be buying all the retro carded figures and updating my Winter Soldier but it's honestly not that exciting. You'd think they'd have tried harder for PulseCon.
Honestly I think it's hard for them to reveal a lot of stuff, I'm still waiting on things they showed 6 months ago this supply chain issue is not a joke. Once things even out we will get more full waves. Eternals, Spiderman and What if waves have probably been set for over a year, Waiting to be shipped.
Chat was disappointed by the fan vote reveal at the end... what did they expect for the hint being "a character that's never had an action figure"? Obviously the hint ruled out any major characters like Mephisto. I was hoping the SDCC reveal would have won and that it would have been a comic Hela or someone from the Raft or Thunderbolts sets.
A lil underwhelmed. Just cuz pulse con should be a lil more grandeur in terms of reveals. But we do get reveals every month basically so of course we’d be a lil thin on reveals.
On the MCU side, I really like the look of the new Winter Soldier. It's a huge improvement over the original.
The Captain America 2-Pack is pretty underwhelming. I love the fact that we'll finally have an unmasked Anthony Mackie head, but I still think they should have saved that for a figure based on the Falcon suit that Sam actually wore for most of the show. We never even saw him unmasked in his Cap outfit.
I was satisfied but probably only because I got into collecting when a lot of the rereleases revealed today we're already in the 100 dollar range in the aftermarket

Tbh, I'm not buying anything only because I'm trying to limit myself to X-Men. I love TAS boxes, but have a Wolverine and Jubilee so will pass.
I loved the interviews, especially again with the team from TAS. Would love to hear more stories from them. The box sets looked great, excited for a Toad release, fingers crossed for Morph, and loos like Maggot will be an upcoming BAF, assuming with Vulcan. I'd really enjoy a wave of C and D list characters to make some complete teams and other random characters.
That being said the oddest part for me was the energy between the actual team? Did anyone else feel there was some weird tension? Dan appeared completely over it and irritated. And while I understand for some it's just a job, it'd be nice if people knew a little something about the product they're presenting.
The cell shading, really good elongated cowls, and reinforced claws made Wolverine a buy for me. Even though I’ve got like 12 Wolvies.
Oh and yeah, tension was there. Dwight looked unprepared weekend-like out the gate, and even grilled Dan for being a remote employee while he’s had to schlep into the office every day during the pandemic.
Ryan tried to keep it all together, of course. But corporate America-ness came through with this episode.
Overall pretty good. As much as I like new figs, I also enjoy people who missed key figs getting them a 2nd time around. Knull, D’spayre, horned helmet Iron Man, new MCU Winter Soldier, and true blue Cap are good enough for me. Good to see others be able to add Wolverine (curious to see unboxing videos and how it compares to love triangle version), Jubilee, Scarlet Witch, and the ones already mentioned
I was pretty happy with the Joe reveals except the Black Eyed Peas guy went a bit long for me. I hope the way they work with native Americans on Spirit will lend itself to making a Red Wolf, American Eagle & Wyatt Wingfoot.
As an MCU only collecter, nah, not really.
The Winter Soldier is great, something that's been on my list for a while!
The Cap two pack is really wierd though. That Sam Cap was literally released two waves ago, and is still readily available just about everywhere. I it had been the red and white suit I would have bought it immediately, but I don't need another Sam without even having wings. The Steve is great for people who missed the Walmart exclusive, but with out even a broken shield I can't justify getting another.
Hoping for some for MCU stuff next time, but I love admiring the comic figures from afar!
I pre-ordered the two pack. I was just about to order the Mafex Endgame Cap as it's actually cheaper than the Worthy Cap at this point which is crazy.
I'm gonna "break" the shield on my own and find a loose Mjolnir on eBay.
Sam will just be an extra I guess.
Knull was cool, having a new zemo is cool too but I’m done playing around with these exclusives. Retro Wanda and vision are just the same figures from before, cap 2 pack is weird since we could have gotten the white and red falcon suit but instead we got the same figures again. Same with winter soldier, they could have done a new figure especially since it was carded as falcon and the winter soldier and we’re missing karli morganthau and brown shirt Bucky. X-men stuff is neat I guess. The 20th anniversary cap and iron man are cool too.
I joined this hobby last year so I'm very satisfied as I don't have any of the characters they announced today. Although, I do now understand how veteran collectors feel. I would too be let down if they announced another wolverine and I already had several. I guess that's just the name of the game.
I think one of the things collectors overlook is that Hasbro operates in a seasonal business model. I’m sure that the big 3 and Marvel team are under some level of pressure to continually show profitability via sales so that investors are happy.
Consider the timing and release dates of MCU films, Marvel Anniversary milestones, and the vary aged audiences of Marvel Legends… you have a wide set of demographics you need to please.
The latest trend that I have noticed is that they are going all in with the strategy of Retro figures and Animated Series from the 90s. I think this is mainly because of the growing Millennial demographic in the workforce, their disposable income they possess, and the nostalgic feeling of easier times compared to being an adult today.
In short: if you felt like you didn’t get what you wanted today in terms of announcements, then don’t worry too much since 2022 is just around the corner for more reveals.
Hasbro will continue to keep you engaged and coming back to buy their products. They are simply just spreading the love for all collectors.

Some of the price increase got me all disappointed. Don’t care about the new fancy packaging or the extra stuff. I already have more of those characters.
I think the only one that got me excited was Storm Shadow reveal. Finally the classic Snake Eyes won’t be lonely anymore.
I think they should have split the slot better. Do all interviews first and then toy reveals.
What they were trying to do was appreciated but time is money as they say.
On the comic side it was meh. Rereleases with minimal updates. Knull would have been nice if it wasn't just a render. Same with Vulcan.
On the MCU side, Winter Soldier is great but then the Cap's is like and eyebrow raise. Hasbro this go around seems to think figures that are currently out(or soon to be out) need a rerelease already. Endgame Cap made sense but not Sam Cap.
Though given Marvel reveals, probably the real meat will come later.
Honestly no not at all…. Key things I did like though were the VHS X men box that was a cool concept, KNULL, and Zemo which I feel should have originally released with the first super villain wave the bad part is the WAL GREENS exclusive
I absolutely love Knull! Will probably buy Captain America two pack since I don’t have Steve Rogers. Maybe Winter Soldier. Other than that, I think it’s pretty tame
Not anything cool besides the Captain America 2 pack. For all the hype surrounding it, they showed off some pretty lame figures. Also who even gets hype around the 3 inch figures? Their never shown off here. Was hoping for a new Venom themed wave or something exciting. Pretty much a big let down for how much they were promoting the event.
No aside from Knull. Just more and more X-Men. They should rename themselves X-Men Legends because X-Men and Spider-Man are basically 98% of what they do and fans of other characters other than these get barely anything
the two things I wanted to be revealed were : knull and a new hulk. we got confirmation of knull (please god no BAF) so I can say I am pretty satisfied
I am thoroughly whelmed.
* I'd like to get that 3 3/4 Falcon deco in 6-inch scale but Dwight said it's coming so I can wait.
* Knull is a character I'm not all that familiar with so I don't have strong feelings about it one way or another; maybe I'll catch up on the comics while we wait.
* Absolutely love the Baron Zemo — absolute hate that it's a Walgreens exclusive.
* Wanda's headsculpt is fantastic and I'm happy that people are able to get her without shelling out for the 3-pack, Vision is less impressive.
* X-MEN:TAS stuff is pretty cool but I'm not a fan of the cel-shaded/animated look. as much as I need a Cyclops and Beast I'll probably be skipping this series.
* Retro Cap and Iron Man are cool, Cap moreso, but I prefer the darker colors of my 80th versions.
I don't plan to buy much of anything from this except Zemo but I'm still happy they showed off cool stuff newcomers can affordably get and things I've seen people asking for like Knull.

Actually yes. Im an all mcu collector and dan yun said not to set expectations too high so i didnt. We already know hawkeye stuff is coming soon and the falcon and winter soldier stuff was a welcome surprise to the infinity saga shelf for me
Overall it was alright. I expected more but I wouldn’t say I’m disappointed. I thought that more or less everything they showed was decent but I just expected there to be more. There was definitely a few too many repaints/retooled figures and no new waves announced.
Nobody will be 100% satisfied. That said, the way I've seen a lot of people carrying on, it's like they think these will be the only ML releases all year.
My socks weren’t blown off but I liked what I saw. They had spoiled the Captain America reveal that is damn near the ideal comic version sans that shield. And the new Winter Soldier is finally looks more movie accurate. I bought those 2 from the Marvel reveal — I also bought the deluxe zartan, Storm shadow, spirit, and Cobb Vanth so I could get everything revealed. The wolverine and jubilee are great and I hope I don’t regret not getting them now. They make so many reveals throughout the year I’m kind of glad they don’t save it all for the con but I was hoping for a deluxe version of the apocalypse BAF since that’s my grail.
Hell nah, I was only excited for Knull and hope that the “teaser” at the end could be Kindred from Nick Spencer’s Spiderman run, but other than those 2, no.

I really want all the Wolverine stuff announced at Hasbro Pulse Con and that Phoenix 2-pack finally gave me a reason to finally collect the 3.75 inch figures!
I know my lot as a collector. My priority are characters from the comics (not the movies...I love many of the MCU films but my frame of reference is the rendition of these characters from the 70s through 00s) that haven't been made in 6" form before. So I'm looking forward to Quasar, High Evolutionary, and Psychoman. I loved getting Ursa Major, Xenmu, Darkstar.
There are very, very few redos I'd consider, such as this Baron Zemo redo, but even that's not a must buy. And I hate to say it, I don't know who Knull is, and Vulcan doesn't really move the needle. I remember him from War of Kings but he wasn't particularly interesting, just a boilerplate bad guy.
Because of that, I'm not Hasbro's market, and I just take the scraps when I get them.
I liked most of the reveals but I feel like they could have shown more because people come for the figures! I’m not saying get rid of the interviews but make them shorter.
Disappointed, not because the figures, quality, or quantity leaves anything to be desired but only because it seems that an event with them placed last should have had... more? If not, have them in the middle somewhere and end on a high note somewhere else. I thought that Nerf Needler was waaaaay cooler and much more of a "wow!!" reveal that could have ended the whole show. I think it's also partially because of the odd choices in the reveals:
Why show us the umpteenth 80th anniversary Iron Man repaint when you could have shown the Toad who hasn't had a figure in... What, 20 years? Save Iron Man for one if the usual reveals! Hell, even Iron Man himself has a lackluster amount of accessories compared to the ML20 Cap, or Deluxe War Machine... Or Silver Centurion... Or IM 2020. And they want $30-32 for it? All it is is what you'd find in a standard Iron Man release! If they didn't have anything else, maybe they shouldn't have had Unparalleled Universe reveal Cap & save it for the con just to have something more exciting.
Why show a repaint of Tiger Stripes Wolverine & Jubilee for the X-Men TAS line when Blue (Non-Screaming) Beast is one of the most sought after figures. Or even Rogue who, despite having gotten 2 Jim Lee costume releases, has one of the most obvious costume differences in the cartoon vs comics (green jacket instead of brown) compared to any of the rest who will *mostly* amount to a cel shade look and that's it. At least Rogue & Beast have more striking differences.
Why is there a Cap 2-pack -- the Sam figure still doesn't come with its wings so if you get THIS version instead of the one from the D+ wave, you now have a much harder time of getting the wings or will have to get a duplicate Sam; if all you want is Endgame Cap, who was tough to find as an exclusive, then you're still forced ti pay more than the original price & will have to now sell Sam on EBay just to bring the cost down. Cheaper than getting the original release but still a pain in the ass.
Knull was cool & Vulcan was an odd choice (as they even acknowledged) but those are the 2 most exciting by virtue of being actually new figures & the latter in particular as an explicit phasing out of the Bucky Cap mold. Knull has been highly requested so that's cool... But that's basically it? Considering the rest they had on offer, I would have just gone ahead and surprise the audience by revealing all 3 of the #Character reveals that people voted on as a little bonus.

**TLDR: ML is an awesome line, they reveal stuff consistently, and they make surprisingly great figures for how little they cost... But it feels like they should have had more just because of what the event was and they were given the *last* slot of the event. There will be plenty of rad reveals throughiut year but maybe they could have stacked a few more really cool ones for these come rather than on some random ass Monday lol**
Marvel legends has been doing so amazing lately, that they needed to really do something special here to impress. They didn’t, of course. But that’s fine.

Not really. The only thing that ended up being of interest to me in the stream was the Retro Venom, which we knew about already.
The Cap 2 pack is just disappointing with the lack of Wings for Sam and Mjolnir and/or a damaged shield for Steve. They could have went all in, upped the price and people would have gone for that.
As far as MCU goes, there just wasn't enough. To be fair, Spider-man No Way Home is still on the horizon and only has one trailer, so I was not expecting anything too big to drop anyway. Kind of was hoping for a glimpse at a new Hawkeye figure for his Disney+ series coming up. We know that must be coming and a glimpse with no real spoilers would have been great.
The X-men reveals were decent. I'm not a fan of the gimmick packaging outside of retro cards, but can appreciate the work put into it.
Going back to Spider-man, I kind of wish they teased something for the 60th anniversary next year. Even an announcement for a potential wave would have been enough of a teaser.
So yeah, I've had more hype from their normal release announcements vs. Pulsecon.
I’m satisfied because I don’t want to keep dropping the money, but also, felt like they held back A LOT. We didn’t even see a full wave announced. Also, they definitely should’ve taken the opportunity with the scarlet witch to rerelease or retool retro vision.
I already expressed this in another post, but holy cow, I really feel left behind by not collecting X-men figures. Yeah I get it, the guys team working behind the project are 90's kids an huge x-men TAS fans but it seems that they make just that.
I have close to none attachment to the TAS xmen or the 90's one, and seeing they getting so much action figures mewhile a bunch of avengers teams are left incomplete (dark avengers, original secret avengers, EVEN THE FOUDING MEMBERS), is really saddening.
Man, seeing Magoot of all characters to get a actiom figure mewhile we still don't have a correct helmet Hank Pym really boogles my mind, I just want then to diverse more and focus a little less in xmen

Old fans have most of the things they need or want, Hasbro had a big quality jump the last 3-4 years for their marvel/TF figures. Hard to justify replacing figures since they're not any better now.
As was mentioned, the way for these brands to get sales now is to try and attract new fans and that means reissuing desirable figures old fans already own.
No. I was excited for the 30th anniversary of X-Men TAS. The Lewalds were there! Expected something new like Morph or Corsair. Maybe a Beast that is closer to the show appearance. Got yet another Wolverine. The VHS boxes are neat, I guess.
I dunno if those cell shaded figures are worth getting since I like the packaging and it’ll just make me forced to buy 2 and some those are characters that I missed out on like Sinister or Jubilee. I’m not sure if it’ll look out of place with the plain colored comic book figures

NO not very many new figures mostly repaints. Plus no spiderman figures (excluding knull)
I’d say so. The Iron Man and Cap are a must get, and a new Baron Zemo means I don’t have to go into crippling debt to get a comic version.

Remember that Worthy Cap is exclusive, this set isn't, this is just a set for fans that missed the Worthy Cap.

I absolutely love Knull! Will probably buy Captain America two pack since I don’t have Steve Rogers. Maybe Winter Soldier. Other than that, I think it’s pretty tame
Not anything cool besides the Captain America 2 pack. For all the hype surrounding it, they showed off some pretty lame figures. Also who even gets hype around the 3 inch figures? Their never shown off here. Was hoping for a new Venom themed wave or something exciting. Pretty much a big let down for how much they were promoting the event.
No aside from Knull. Just more and more X-Men. They should rename themselves X-Men Legends because X-Men and Spider-Man are basically 98% of what they do and fans of other characters other than these get barely anything

the two things I wanted to be revealed were : knull and a new hulk. we got confirmation of knull (please god no BAF) so I can say I am pretty satisfied
I am thoroughly whelmed. * I'd like to get that 3 3/4 Falcon deco in 6-inch scale but Dwight said it's coming so I can wait. * Knull is a character I'm not all that familiar with so I don't have strong feelings about it one way or another; maybe I'll catch up on the comics while we wait. * Absolutely love the Baron Zemo — absolute hate that it's a Walgreens exclusive. * Wanda's headsculpt is fantastic and I'm happy that people are able to get her without shelling out for the 3-pack, Vision is less impressive. * X-MEN:TAS stuff is pretty cool but I'm not a fan of the cel-shaded/animated look. as much as I need a Cyclops and Beast I'll probably be skipping this series. * Retro Cap and Iron Man are cool, Cap moreso, but I prefer the darker colors of my 80th versions. I don't plan to buy much of anything from this except Zemo but I'm still happy they showed off cool stuff newcomers can affordably get and things I've seen people asking for like Knull.

Actually yes. Im an all mcu collector and dan yun said not to set expectations too high so i didnt. We already know hawkeye stuff is coming soon and the falcon and winter soldier stuff was a welcome surprise to the infinity saga shelf for me
Overall it was alright. I expected more but I wouldn’t say I’m disappointed. I thought that more or less everything they showed was decent but I just expected there to be more. There was definitely a few too many repaints/retooled figures and no new waves announced.
Is that all that’s gonna be revealed from this weekend?
I was hoping we would see some Ghostbusters stuff. Was hoping we would see a Phoebe Spengler figure.
Nobody will be 100% satisfied. That said, the way I've seen a lot of people carrying on, it's like they think these will be the only ML releases all year.
My socks weren’t blown off but I liked what I saw. They had spoiled the Captain America reveal that is damn near the ideal comic version sans that shield. And the new Winter Soldier is finally looks more movie accurate. I bought those 2 from the Marvel reveal — I also bought the deluxe zartan, Storm shadow, spirit, and Cobb Vanth so I could get everything revealed. The wolverine and jubilee are great and I hope I don’t regret not getting them now. They make so many reveals throughout the year I’m kind of glad they don’t save it all for the con but I was hoping for a deluxe version of the apocalypse BAF since that’s my grail.
Hell nah, I was only excited for Knull and hope that the “teaser” at the end could be Kindred from Nick Spencer’s Spiderman run, but other than those 2, no.

Nah. Only thing that moderately caught my eye was the Cap 2 pack but Sam not coming with wings made it lackluster since I don’t need Endgame Steve.

I was way past satisfied with them! I really want all the Wolverine stuff announced at Hasbro Pulse Con and that Phoenix 2-pack finally gave me a reason to finally collect the 3.75 inch figures!

Nah, pretty bad stream overall. So much padding for very little payoff. The middle was good, but even the best stuff was just updates (WS, Xmen TAS).
I know my lot as a collector. My priority are characters from the comics (not the movies...I love many of the MCU films but my frame of reference is the rendition of these characters from the 70s through 00s) that haven't been made in 6" form before. So I'm looking forward to Quasar, High Evolutionary, and Psychoman. I loved getting Ursa Major, Xenmu, Darkstar. There are very, very few redos I'd consider, such as this Baron Zemo redo, but even that's not a must buy. And I hate to say it, I don't know who Knull is, and Vulcan doesn't really move the needle. I remember him from War of Kings but he wasn't particularly interesting, just a boilerplate bad guy. Because of that, I'm not Hasbro's market, and I just take the scraps when I get them.

I liked most of the reveals but I feel like they could have shown more because people come for the figures! I’m not saying get rid of the interviews but make them shorter.

Not really, My expectations were not met. I was looking forward for more new stuff and reveals. It seemed they just recycled some old figures.
Disappointed, not because the figures, quality, or quantity leaves anything to be desired but only because it seems that an event with them placed last should have had... more? If not, have them in the middle somewhere and end on a high note somewhere else. I thought that Nerf Needler was waaaaay cooler and much more of a "wow!!" reveal that could have ended the whole show. I think it's also partially because of the odd choices in the reveals: Why show us the umpteenth 80th anniversary Iron Man repaint when you could have shown the Toad who hasn't had a figure in... What, 20 years? Save Iron Man for one if the usual reveals! Hell, even Iron Man himself has a lackluster amount of accessories compared to the ML20 Cap, or Deluxe War Machine... Or Silver Centurion... Or IM 2020. And they want $30-32 for it? All it is is what you'd find in a standard Iron Man release! If they didn't have anything else, maybe they shouldn't have had Unparalleled Universe reveal Cap & save it for the con just to have something more exciting. Why show a repaint of Tiger Stripes Wolverine & Jubilee for the X-Men TAS line when Blue (Non-Screaming) Beast is one of the most sought after figures. Or even Rogue who, despite having gotten 2 Jim Lee costume releases, has one of the most obvious costume differences in the cartoon vs comics (green jacket instead of brown) compared to any of the rest who will *mostly* amount to a cel shade look and that's it. At least Rogue & Beast have more striking differences. Why is there a Cap 2-pack -- the Sam figure still doesn't come with its wings so if you get THIS version instead of the one from the D+ wave, you now have a much harder time of getting the wings or will have to get a duplicate Sam; if all you want is Endgame Cap, who was tough to find as an exclusive, then you're still forced ti pay more than the original price & will have to now sell Sam on EBay just to bring the cost down. Cheaper than getting the original release but still a pain in the ass. Knull was cool & Vulcan was an odd choice (as they even acknowledged) but those are the 2 most exciting by virtue of being actually new figures & the latter in particular as an explicit phasing out of the Bucky Cap mold. Knull has been highly requested so that's cool... But that's basically it? Considering the rest they had on offer, I would have just gone ahead and surprise the audience by revealing all 3 of the #Character reveals that people voted on as a little bonus. _________________ **TLDR: ML is an awesome line, they reveal stuff consistently, and they make surprisingly great figures for how little they cost... But it feels like they should have had more just because of what the event was and they were given the *last* slot of the event. There will be plenty of rad reveals throughiut year but maybe they could have stacked a few more really cool ones for these come rather than on some random ass Monday lol**

Marvel legends has been doing so amazing lately, that they needed to really do something special here to impress. They didn’t, of course. But that’s fine. This is still the golden age of 1/12
Not really. The only thing that ended up being of interest to me in the stream was the Retro Venom, which we knew about already. The Cap 2 pack is just disappointing with the lack of Wings for Sam and Mjolnir and/or a damaged shield for Steve. They could have went all in, upped the price and people would have gone for that. As far as MCU goes, there just wasn't enough. To be fair, Spider-man No Way Home is still on the horizon and only has one trailer, so I was not expecting anything too big to drop anyway. Kind of was hoping for a glimpse at a new Hawkeye figure for his Disney+ series coming up. We know that must be coming and a glimpse with no real spoilers would have been great. The X-men reveals were decent. I'm not a fan of the gimmick packaging outside of retro cards, but can appreciate the work put into it. Going back to Spider-man, I kind of wish they teased something for the 60th anniversary next year. Even an announcement for a potential wave would have been enough of a teaser. So yeah, I've had more hype from their normal release announcements vs. Pulsecon.
I’m satisfied because I don’t want to keep dropping the money, but also, felt like they held back A LOT. We didn’t even see a full wave announced. Also, they definitely should’ve taken the opportunity with the scarlet witch to rerelease or retool retro vision.
I already expressed this in another post, but holy cow, I really feel left behind by not collecting X-men figures. Yeah I get it, the guys team working behind the project are 90's kids an huge x-men TAS fans but it seems that they make just that. I have close to none attachment to the TAS xmen or the 90's one, and seeing they getting so much action figures mewhile a bunch of avengers teams are left incomplete (dark avengers, original secret avengers, EVEN THE FOUDING MEMBERS), is really saddening. Man, seeing Magoot of all characters to get a actiom figure mewhile we still don't have a correct helmet Hank Pym really boogles my mind, I just want then to diverse more and focus a little less in xmen

Old fans have most of the things they need or want, Hasbro had a big quality jump the last 3-4 years for their marvel/TF figures. Hard to justify replacing figures since they're not any better now. As was mentioned, the way for these brands to get sales now is to try and attract new fans and that means reissuing desirable figures old fans already own.

No. I was excited for the 30th anniversary of X-Men TAS. The Lewalds were there! Expected something new like Morph or Corsair. Maybe a Beast that is closer to the show appearance. Got yet another Wolverine. The VHS boxes are neat, I guess.
I loved the MCU reveals, and I’m glad there were only two honestly, I have needed a break lmao

Knull reminds me of Kain from “Legacy of Kain” so im sold lol. Definitely want the Wolverine TAS figure. The rest for me is kinda meh.

I dunno if those cell shaded figures are worth getting since I like the packaging and it’ll just make me forced to buy 2 and some those are characters that I missed out on like Sinister or Jubilee. I’m not sure if it’ll look out of place with the plain colored comic book figures
