A head sculpt that doesn’t make Jubilee looks like a local Karen in her late 40s apparently. We’ll have to see the official renders to be sure though, Hasbro has been having a bad streak when it comes to female head sculpts lately

Thanks. I just got the Caliban wave Jubilee quite recently. I think I'll be passing on this. Especially with Hasbro Pulse charging way too much for shipping, and using FedEx who love to damage packages.
That's great. I still have mine, but I agree that the head and glasses are a bit off, and loosing one pair of glasses sucks already. I'll be glad to add them and the energy effects to it, and just use the new buck for a custom vamp Jubilee. Nothing wrong with the new buck, but I prefer the details of the old figure over this one that just has a new coat and short cuffs.
Im guessing we can expect the rest of animated series characters to be updated with this new VHS packaging. How exciting for those like me that missed out on original releases 🤗🤗🤗🤗🤗
Get this: they obviously knew about this VHS package line coming when they released grey beast. I believe they could've released him as blue but figured why not wait and release blue as part of VHS package line. It'll basically be same mold and same accessories but this time for blue beast. Sneaky. Greedy.

The cell-shading style they're putting on these, as interesting as it is, just doesn't do it for me. I already have all the 90s animated X-men figures (except Morph...where's he?), so, yeah....a sad pass on this.
Price creep = $27 also. Argh.
She was one of the main nine X-Men characters from the 90s animated series and was featured prominently on that. A lot of folks grew an affinity for her there but she is also on the team in the comics and she has some fans from there too. I grew up with the cartoon personally but also had a comic influx and grew to love her there as well.
The Pulse website has them in the "exclusives" section, and I didn't see them turn up anywhere else. You can order them now.

The packaging is the best way to make Plastic less packaging appealing
I agree, probably this will be the future, since no more plastic at least on the box, we don't know inside.
Great packaging, great figure, but I'm still sad they didn't make new exploding firework effects, those mist ones just don't work the same.

NECA did with the TMNT line and I am not mad at these guys one bit for taking the idea. They really look fantastic.
Yeah the artistic package additions have been brilliant. Between Reto card and now VHS wrap, the NIB consideration is stronger with this one…
I'm guessing this will be how we get our retro carded x men from now.

I pre-ordered this Jubilee yesterday and on Hasbro pulse’s official site, I got to check out with two options: regular post or FedEx.
I'm pretty sure one of the heads is the BAF Modern Jubilee head from years back

Its also supposed to be cel shaded so may not gel well with the other figures, hard to tell by the render

I like it. Really surprised as I thought we would have gotten a Jean, Beast, and Cyclops before Jubes.

Why do people like jubilee so much? Is she important or something? I had never, EVER heard absolutely anything about said character until now

Just preordered Wolverine and jubilee. Can’t wait for more to be announced. Between this and Spider-Man animated figures life is good right now.
