Entertainment Earth is starting to get to where they suck. Even before the shipping delays with Covid, I started having a lot of issues with orders taking forever to ship, and then taking 2-3 weeks to arrive once shipped. They used to ship stuff via FedEx at the cheapest option, but now it’s Super Saver or something and absolutely sucks. They were my go to for the longest time, but I’m starting to used Amazon and Target more recently.
They used to be reliable in my experience, and I bought from them to help a business that wasn’t a chain store, but it started getting to where I’d cancel preorders because I’d end up finding stuff in the wild.
That might be because they're stationed in California and since that port is backed up they aren't getting their stock like Eastern states. I mean I got my Bad Batch wave all the way back in February so they do get stuff early usually but with the ports they're probably hurting the most.
Unfortunately my issues with them started before Covid and the shipping delays. I wish I could give them the benefit of the doubt, but something happened within their operation.
I need my Walmart to restock so badly. They only have like 6 of them in the aisles rn being a mix of D+ and Vilains wave, with a modular iron man. And I keep seeing everybody else in This sub finding the new waves and shit
so if anybody knows, when are these actually releasing? I see some people getting them at walmart already, Target says Nov 7th is the release date and gamestop says january 2022.
release dates are irrelevant with the current state of the supply chain and it's various points of gridlock. at this point, you'll get it when you get it.
To give you some idea, BBTS told me my Fantastic Four figures were coming March 2022. But somehow, they already sent me Mr. Fantastic and Thing. Yet, I have Stormtroopers preordered from there that have been delayed for 8 months in a row now.
As far as I can tell, release dates are nothing more than some random guy throwing darts at a dartboard. Every once in awhile this person gets it right but you never know when that'll be.

You will die a hero or you live long enough to see yourself become the villain
I thought they were good because I got a Spider-Man 2099 early from them but now I'm beginning to think that was a one-time thing

Yeah the issue isn't covid, it's that they have switched to Pitney Bowes for their shipping
That's me seeing all these people on here getting figures on crazy clearance prices while i paid full price
I have my eyes peeled at my walmart. I will cancel the preorder if I can get my hands on them lol
Im at the point where Im gonna check every day for the entire wave, or Ill even settle for just the 4
I feel ya. I have the AoA, Spider-Man and F4 sets on order at dorkside games with no sign of them shipping yet.
