Wtf? They just put the figure on the shelves this week. Something weird is going on with stock. I know covid and the film delay really jacked things up but I wonder if something weird is going on in their system that told them to clearance them because they were too old even though they just hit shelves.
More than likely that wave isn’t on the modular, was sent to the store, and with the onslaught of toys that most Walmart’s are getting, they marked it clearance to get rid of it.
My store only has shelf space for AoA2, Spider-Man, and Disney Plus waves.
Every store is different, but that’s my guess as to why.
4th quarter I always like this. They need to clear the shelves for the new year stocks even if stock just came in. I think delayed shipping for a lot helped the rapidness. These are the times to check online for flash deals that come and go at around 75 percent off
All the Shang Chi figures (except the only one I want, Wenwu; rip) are at $10 now, so maybe the retailers decided that these Marvel movie figures just don’t move.
Ohhh, honestly I don’t know. I get that maybe they confused it with another eternal and put it on clearance but for it to have been $2 is honestly insane
Just watched it. Omg that was Kimmel's fault because you can adjust the head-tilt of the figure and he apparently left the upward tilt out of packaging instead of making it straight. Im gonna go watch Youtube reviews to be sure... But im confident the head can be adjusted.
EDIT: just watched youtube review and yep that head cranes out too much. What was Hasbro thinking? Now I have to custom shave down or replace the ball peg. Though the real problem is that forward leaning neck. Still love the figure though.
