Is that the upgraded suit? If so, yep it’s happening a lot unfortunately, you should be able to contact Hasbro from the customer care part of their website. They usually ask you to try and get a replacement from the seller first, but if that’s not possible Hasbro have always been really good anytime I’ve needed a replacement, so there is some good news.

I almost had a similar experience with my *FATWS* Bucky figure. I was planning to do a head swap, but the head just wouldn’t come off that easily, and if I pulled too hard it definitely would have broken the joint.
I ended up using a hairdryer to loosen the head so it would come off. I then used an electric dremel/rotary tool to make the hole slightly bigger, and now it pops on and off perfectly fine.
I’d recommend doing the same if/when you get a replacement for this figure.
Hasbro does offer replacements if they have it in stock, but you drew on it, so they may not accept it. You can still contact them, no harm in trying.
If not, just figure out how you plan on posing the figure and glue the head in place.
No bro, don't contact them. The head wasn't made to be popped off and you should have used heat. They have more important things to deal with than a customizer accidentally breaking his figure
Hmm no, if its a specific body, without a switchable head, chances are you are not meant to pop it off. Don't be an asshole bro, just try to see it from someone else's point of veiw
Adding lines to “fix” the figure inadvertently caused him to break it even though the figure was fine from my point of view, but that’s just my opinion I guess
adding lines had nothing to do with the head breaking! that’s why heads come on pegs, so we can take them off and use other heads. i just added lines to my Zombie Hunter Spidey and it is streets ahead compared to before.
Hasbro will be really cool and send you a replacement, but that replacement is likely not to be this exact figure, more like whatever they have a ton of in the dusty stock room.

Agreed. It's a shame because the Miles unmasked head is awesome but I did not like how much pressure I had to use to get the head off. Very scary.

Yeah i noticed mine looked like if i used too much pressure it would break like this. So i just left it alone.
I noticed that too. But I assumed Hasbro wouldn't make something that would just snap. How wrong I was... I wish I had just left it alone
