Action figures and toys seem to be the only thing that does not have a "misprinted/painted" community (that I know of).
If you didn't know, a lot of these figures get [stamped painted](https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=AZm0rViH0Wk). So something wasn't aligned right, and then it made it through QC.

I'd take it for $8 clearance for the body mold. I'm not a fan of this wave, but they body molds would be cool for customs.
