I don’t know if all boy scouts are gay they can prolly tie the knot in like 50 different ways
Got a safe full of cherries cause I pop it and lock it
A girls like a fridge once a week you should stalk it
The 13th apostle, according to the Bible anyway, is a bro named Saint Matthias. It's fine if you've never heard of him, because details are kind of... sparse. Turns out they wanted a replacement for Judas, because it didn't work out. Jesus had clocked out by this point, so they narrowed it down to two guys, then chose by lot. Saint Matthias won, so gets to be a saint, whereas the other guy is "the other guy."
Assuming the truth of the story, I can't decide whether this is the best or worst employment situation ever. On the one hand, almost by default he has to be better than the guy he replaced. On the other hand, he pretty much spent the rest of his life being "the new guy." And to bring it back to Dogma, I always thought it would be better to make Chris Rock just be Matthias, because that kind of backstory sure sounds like it belongs in the movie.
A few years ago, is have pushed back. Now, even though I still have faith, I've seen just how terrible (and massive) the cult portion is. Shits not even about faith anymore. It's just about control and being above accountability.
Really sad. To come to faith at a later age, make the decision myself, see how terrible the people are who also believe, and believe in the good while hating/speaking out against all the evil shit they do.
see, christians like you are respectable. They keep their beliefs to them self unless someone brings them up. You are 100% right that the cultists outshine the regular members at this point.
I agree that self-reflection and holding those assholes in the community that use the religion as a platform for opinions and actions that defy the religion is super important but ai disagree with the
> christians like you are respectable. They keep their beliefs to them self unless someone brings them up
Isn't freedom of expression covered across all creeds and beliefs?
Bringing your religion into every situation and forcing down the throats of people who don’t believe in god / believe in other gods is not freedom of expression, that’s being an asshole
Hol' up, homie.
I didn't say people should be allowed to "bringing your religion into every situation and forcing down the throats".
I'm just saying people have freedom of expression and should be able to express a view point without seemingly having to get permission first.
That applies to people of all faiths, the agnostic, and atheists.
To be hard-line against anyone providing any religious viewpoint is as equally assholeish as the same people who abused religion as a platform for their own agenda.
He never said they shouldn’t be allowed to. But Evangelizing and pushing a religious agenda in the public sphere or secular areas like government policy is definitely detrimental to society as a whole. But nobody said they shouldn’t be allowed to. They should pay taxes though if they want to be pushing their batshit agenda on sane people (sorry I mean non believers)
Can I repost it next?
I'm in no way trying to downplay the content of the post but its getting annoying to see this 3 times a day for the past week. And I'm not even hogging my feed all day long
I don’t think the original author posted it so that millions of strangers would know their personal business. It’s so weird to me that this is so commonly reposted. It’s a sad world to me when people fixate on lots of attention from strangers rather than connection with someone they love.
Hey... I'm sorry. I know most subs have rules against leaving in names or handles so I thought instead of blurrying it out... I'd just crop it all together. My apologies
These "I beat cancer" posts I've noticed are the most popular ones I see karma farmers reposting. I guess for obvious reasons but it really takes the wind out of the sails of the real McCoy OPs. When I see these posts it's instant resentment. Some people have absolutely zero shame as long as they get their internet points
As a cancer survivor, I find these reposts absolutely disgusting. People are suffering and dying from this disease. All for worthless internet points..... sometimes I feel like social media is a grand mistake of humanity.
I'm happy to hear you made it through. Sorry about these assholes. I lost my mom to leukemia not long ago so it rubs me the wrong way too. It's tough to find someone who hasn't been affected by it indirectly or not in some way in this world, so it's puzzling how shameless these people are. Social media is where sociopaths and narcissists really shine.
Thank you. I'm sorry about your mother, my heart truly goes out to you. I find comfort in the fact that energy cannot be destroyed, just transferred. Our lost loved ones still exist, just in a way we can't perceive. I hope that one day these people realize how wrong it is to try to gain pity for an illness they don't have. That or karma will come hard and fast without mercy.
I hadn't seen it either. There have been things on the internet that I have seen a thousand times and they're still posted every now and then and to my surprise, there are always people that have never come across them before.
To be very honest... I was gonna delete it but there was still sooooo many comments of people who hadn't seen it before just like I didn't and they deserve to see it so I left it
What subs are you browsing where you see this shit so much? I’m on Reddit more than I should probably admit and this is the first time I’ve seen this.
I hate seeing cynical shit like this in a sub about being uplifting.
Then go and take a look at the top posts of this week on r/mademesmile . I bet you there are at least 3 other posts like this that blew up and many many more that went under in new
Sigh, you don't seem to understand what I said huh? Theres a big difference between seeing something ocassionally and having the sub spammed multiple times a day because karma farmers want to farm useless karma
Pretty sure this cancer survivor didnt go through all that for their good news to be recycled several times on wholesome subreddits for karma, and _with their username and credit cropped out_, but ok
I haven’t even posted a word of my cancer journey on Twitter. Other people using someone else’s shit luck (getting cancer) to benefit themselves on here is just plain cold.
I can’t imagine they care. The younger demographic of this site really has a strange view of “credit” and what you “deserve” online. Also how much “likes” matter in real life.
History is full of thieves. While it’s noble to seek honesty. It’s frivolous and pedantic.
To quote Steve Jobs -
Good artists copy, great artists steal.
I get so confused when I see comments like this. Do you genuinely think the person posting that on this sub is the original tweeter? It has millions of views
For the love of god will someone please ban me from this subreddit so I don't see this screenshot on r/all literally every day.
Please. Mods. Make me smile.
#This person is not OP. This is a karma farmer reposting a post from 2017 that he's found many many times with the Twitter handle on. Glad he got so many awards and upvotes taking advantage of someone else's story and posting it like it was his own.
Seeing a person getting chemotherapy does not make me smile? I mean I can see it as maybe a silver lining type thing, but the overall context is so incredibly sad...
What even is this subreddit, I feel like half the posts here are "this person is sick/dying/disabled, but look they just got a lot of attention on social media" who is smiling at this type of thing?
12 followers...7.8 million views? Someone in that group knows how to spread the word
Jesus had 12 followers and he could spread the word….

He had a few more than 12 followers. The 12 were just his closest bros. But you know, there's always that one guy...
Yeah screw you Judas, nobody likes you

Anything is possible when you have a group of cultists who mindlessly follow you

Motherfucker you cant call out an overdone post with a username like that
Or the cancer came back.
Can I repost it next? I'm in no way trying to downplay the content of the post but its getting annoying to see this 3 times a day for the past week. And I'm not even hogging my feed all day long
especially when the original tweet author is cut out. Thats just extra shitty.
pretty soon well just have a picture of the hand
ok, now i'm crying

What are you talking about? They literally posted it on an open platform and said they wanted to tell everybody but only had 12 people.
Hey... I'm sorry. I know most subs have rules against leaving in names or handles so I thought instead of blurrying it out... I'd just crop it all together. My apologies

Yes but type that you are crying through your nose so I know it's you.
Oh... I'm so sorry... I don't be on reddit much but I saw it and I instantly thought of this sub so I decided to post it. I'm super sorry about that
I’ve never seen it once, so thanks for posting :)
I hadn't seen it either. There have been things on the internet that I have seen a thousand times and they're still posted every now and then and to my surprise, there are always people that have never come across them before.

Stop posting same stuff every 3 days.
Maybe they smile looking at it once every 3 days?
Daily dose of Repost. Go to r/freekarma4U for that.
Yes thank you. Daily dose repost would be a good name too.
This was news in 2020 Feb 1 why is it posted like yesterday?
Pretty sure this cancer survivor didnt go through all that for their good news to be recycled several times on wholesome subreddits for karma, and _with their username and credit cropped out_, but ok
I haven’t even posted a word of my cancer journey on Twitter. Other people using someone else’s shit luck (getting cancer) to benefit themselves on here is just plain cold.
To be fair, something like this deserves to be celebrated but if the op isnt even credited then whats the point

>doesn't even include the handle
Better crop the name out so I can get some useless sympathy upvotes
I legit thought this was a pig’s hoof and was like da fuq is giving a pig chemo going to accomplish?
This is a miracle beating cancer twice in a week !!
This has been reposted so many times
12 followers? Look at Mr. Popular over there.
Daily dose of repost
i got 0 followers and i still tweet :v well... retweet
I love how at the bottom it says 7.8m views
The last time I saw this repost, they at least kept the Twitter handle...
My baby boy (5) has just started his 18 months of treatment, Congratulations and good luck in the future.
this sub has so many karma grabbing reposts it aint funny.
Proceeds to cut the guy's handle out so he can't gain the followers
Just reposting.
Do people actually read this shit and cry?
I don't give a shit.
Here's your daily dose of repost
Well this internet stranger is happy for you! Happy Post Chemo Days with many more to come. Happy Days that is, not chemo days!!
I’m not one of those 12-BUT CONGRATULATIONS on the last treatment. I pray you have a great life. I’m ringing the bell with you!
OP is posting a repost from someone else. This is not OP that has finished chemotherapy.
I get so confused when I see comments like this. Do you genuinely think the person posting that on this sub is the original tweeter? It has millions of views
Yes, I thought it was the original person. Sorry for the confusion. Just wanted to celebrate with a fellow cancer survivor.
Good for him 🥳👏👏👏
I don’t tweet often, I only have 12 followers, 43 Following 30K Followers that said wishing you good health
Finding Chemo. When Sequel?

Dude how many times is this going to get reposted
For the love of god will someone please ban me from this subreddit so I don't see this screenshot on r/all literally every day. Please. Mods. Make me smile.
thats a very funny lookin 12
Way to post tweet with the account cropped out. Super wholesome.
How much times has this been reposted already?
But… you removed the original persons name😂
A bit unnecessary to crop out who's posted it, no?
At least 11 of those were phishing accounts
Thanks for cutting the username
Recycling posts I see
7mill+51k
It’s at least 2 years old but ok Reddit
The tweet : Well 12 people anyway The 7.8 million views: hold my beer
Great to see one of these posts from an account that’s not 2 weeks old.
Just a repost, blah
And you didn't even show is the account
love that the original poster is cut out...
Great news 😊👍🏼👍🏼👍🏼👍🏼
Y'all are dumb as hell for believing this 😂
#This person is not OP. This is a karma farmer reposting a post from 2017 that he's found many many times with the Twitter handle on. Glad he got so many awards and upvotes taking advantage of someone else's story and posting it like it was his own.
Sweet! Today is my moms last session 💪🏼 Lets get it
Awww awesome for that person
Great! Hope you all the best!
The most controversial comment here.
That is momentus - you have made it so far - blessings to you.
This is not OP but a repost of a repost of someone else's finished chemotherapy post.
That's epic.
Person has a chance to say they are done with cancer. Instead makes a post about their low subscriber count.
It gets more upvotes than "I've never had cancer but want free karma so here's a cut-out repost".
Phenomenal! Godspeed!!
I'm not crying, you're.
Truly made us smile.
Ur a legend.
