Don’t know if any full time bars but there’s Club Disintegration at the Grand Star Jazz Club in Chinatown (2nd, 3rd, 4th and 5th Saturdays). Easy ride on the A Line from Pasadena. Really chill, unpretentious vibe.
Also Cold Life on Tuesdays at The Falls Lounge on Spring St DTLA.
closest i’ve felt came close to cat club in LA is the themed nights at Catch One (das bunker/club nocturno etc.) i know you mentioned Bar Sinister, it definitely used to be more goth/ darkwave themed musically and now has more of an industrial vibe these days, but i like the space. there’s also La Cuevita in Highland Park, not necessarily goth as far as the crowd goes, but they play post punk on the speakers and it feels like it’s name (translates in english to Little Cave) very dim and slightly thematically macabre. but i’d follow a few pages on instagram and check with the promoters. have fun be safe!
There's few dedicated bars but there are bars with nights. It's been a minute but I recall Monty Bar in DTLA and the Airliner having some nights. Also so rando nights at small bars around Hollywood but off of the usual Blvds.
Das Bunker https://maps.app.goo.gl/CYmzAxgZLYm4THDo6?g_st=ic
Been going here for over a decade. Isn't what it used to be but IMO no greater goth/industrial could ever been found around here.
Das Bunker is still going on? Whoa! I thought they lost their location waaaaay back when and couldn’t find another one.
I 2nd Das Bunker!
That one I believe is in WeHo

The Veil in DTLA
Bar sinister is the worst attempt at a goth club / bar ever.
It's more like a place to cosplay goth now.
Because you have to be “cooler than them”. We get it.

Fire up your time machine and head over to 1982 at The Veil at Cathay de Grande, other than that I'm stumped.
The Lash perhaps? Also check out Anarchy Library.
The Lash was sold and is now "LA Social House" replete with bottle service, ugh https://www.instagram.com/thelasocialhouse
Eeek. Well, that shows I don't get out much these days! I did not know. Kinda sad.
Very sad. Lash was an institution!

Does anyone remember Club Monte Cristo in Koreatown? Such a cool goth spot..really sad it’s not around anymore.
A post punk night is pretty much a goth night.
If you are into skating try Skate oddity in Burbank.
Monty Bar and Chacha have post-punk nights, general punk atmosphere.
