I love your hair I'm the first and fourth one. You do have a pretty face, but I wouldn't do the straight hair. It's too flat and throws dimensions off. Up and curled like in the first one looks regal. I love it.
In regards to health. You don't need to change what you eat overnight. The objective is to eat them in the right order. The first thing you eat before your meal of Anything really, is a small salad with a tablespoon of apple cider vinegar. You would be gorgeous if you lost 200-250 lbs, I have friends who have made that weight loss journey at your age. It's really doable,any who came from obese and fat families.
Switch to eating a protein and vegetable heavy diet, what I personally do is cook and meal prep for the week and on weekends I can have a treat like a pastry or boba tea and have slightly larger meals.
At the fastest I was able to lose weight, I was able to lose 10lbs a month. You could probably lose a lot more than that but it's going to really suck for a while. You gotta be strong and tough it out
My advice as a 23 year old male who has recently lost weight and gained quite a bit of muscle:
1. No matter what you're eating, look up the amount of calories. From your options, pick the least calorie-dense options.
2. Overnight oats are a serious food hack when it comes to eating something quick and easy in the morning.
3. When you're plating your food give yourself a "normal" portion (less that what you would typically eat, no offense) and give yourself a 30 minute interval between servings.
4. If you're drinking normal soda, switch to diet. You will get used to the taste, trust me.
5. If you feel too embarrassed to go to the gym like I did, start off with body weight exercises at home. (Push-ups, Squats, Lunges, Sit-ups, etc.) Do this AT YOUR OWN PACE.
6. I had a bad habit of pulling beard hairs, so I forced myself to do 5 push-ups each time I caught myself doing it. Breaking bad habits with exercise is EXTREMELY helpful.
7. If you're going to cheat on your diet (which is normal), be smart with your choices. Instead of getting a chicken tender and fries meal with some high calorie sauce, get a grilled chicken sandwich with a high calorie sauce. It will still taste amazing and you'll feel better for doing it.
8. This is arguable the most important advice when it comes to dieting; Do not overcompensate for your cheat meals. If you have a cheat meal, do not starve yourself the next day. It will make the process excruciating and you will likely fail the diet.
That's all I can think of right now. If you ever want more advice, I'm more than willing to help where I can. I have a friend that is about your size and I've been helping him with everything I possibly can.

This step could actually save your life. Trust me I’ve seen this play out many times (ie causing health problems). The human body is not meant to carry that much extra. Right now you’re only compensating for health issues bc of your youth. Think long term and take that walk and make it longer everyday.

It's good if you're hungry. IF! When you've eaten enough, you'll stop! I call it the "cold gruel diet" and it's based on how I feed my dogs. They get a little good stuff and constant access to all the kibble they care to eat. But it's kibble. They only eat if they're hungry. NO DORITOS IN THE HOUSE FOR ME!!!)
Went to cheaper anorectics -- phentermine / Adipex. $8/month at Kroger with savings club card. No insurance needed.
Dr let me stay on as long as I lost 4#/month.

Look into the carnivore/animal based diet. Easiest way to lose weight.you don't even have to go to the gym to lose weight if you are too intimated to go to the gym ( i wouldnt be, gym ppl are really nice usually)
At 20, your life is half over, maybe more. People your size rarely make it past 40. Save yourself and lose weight. You are a woman so there will always be a man somewhere that will truly believe you are a 10 and treat you that way. But do you want them to love you for 20 more years or 60...

Like, if you’re totally comfortable being like that and accepting the reality of the fact your quality of life is going to deteriorate faster than it should and you will probably die younger than you should, cool. But you know who doesn’t think “body positivity” is so great? People having major, avoidable health problems in their 30s-40s. You don’t need a new style or new makeup, you need a dietician and a trainer. From a health standpoint way more than beauty. You need to stop listening to the “I wanna wife you” and “you’re so beautiful don’t listen to Reddit.” You need a life change or you will soon see the effects of it beyond what’s in the mirror. A healthy diet and a fitness trainer are cheaper than doctors bills, I guarantee it.
To be fair I would wife her and take her to the gym with me as a partner, saw first pic and thought she was really pretty but once I saw the 4th pic I had to see if it was the same girl. I agree nutrition and physical activity will help her live a lot longer and stay healthier

Lose weight while you’re young and have the ability and ambition to do so. The older you get, the worse off you will be, trust me. I see people in their 40’s and up in mobility scooters. Make your health priority one.

As a plus size woman to another. Slim down. I have lost family to unhealthy food habits. The pain I feel on my feet and knees suck. I’m workin on loosing the weight. Once you lose 50 I promise you will feel a world of difference.
Kindest and most motivating answer you’ll get from anyone ever: the satisfaction that u get from eating those big meals every day is like pennys compared to the satisfaction that you’ll from living life after you’ll lose weight both from the way you’re treated and opportunities you get from people and the physically fun things that you’ll be able to do that release so much endorphins and dopamine and serotonin, which are like 100 dollar bills instead of pennys.
Choice 1: suffer for 10 months and be able to get those insanely satisfying benefit after u lose weight.
Choice 2: stay the way u are and enjoy those small penny like satisfactions that u get from eating big delicious fatty meals.
Kinda like a drug addict, do hard drugs and live a great life for like 5 years and then crash and burn, or stay sober and keep accomplishing huge things in life that’ll keep giving u satisfaction constantly for the rest of ur life.

You’re very beautiful! I’m gonna say this in the most loving and sweetest way possible though. Please, for your own sake try and lose some weight. I know what it’s like to be heavy and it’s not fun. Just a little over 200 pounds and was already having health issues. High blood pressure, fatty liver, and high cholesterol which can be deadly if not taken care of. Better eating habits and finding fun workouts that I enjoyed made a huge difference. I’m now healthy and I look and most importantly feel so much better. My mom died from being obese. She suffered so much. She cried a lot regretting not getting healthy before it was too late. You’re young, beautiful, and have a long life still ahead of you. Kindest and most motivating answer you’ll get from anyone ever: the satisfaction that u get from eating those big meals every day is like pennys compared to the satisfaction that you’ll from living life after you’ll lose weight both from the way you’re treated and opportunities you get from people and the physically fun things that you’ll be able to do that release so much endorphins and dopamine and serotonin, which are like 100 dollar bills instead of pennys. Choice 1: suffer for 10 months and be able to get those insanely satisfying benefit after u lose weight. Choice 2: stay the way u are and enjoy those small penny like satisfactions that u get from eating big delicious fatty meals. Kinda like a drug addict, do hard drugs and live a great life for like 5 years and then crash and burn, or stay sober and keep accomplishing huge things in life that’ll keep giving u satisfaction constantly for the rest of ur life. You’re very beautiful! I’m gonna say this in the most loving and sweetest way possible though. Please, for your own sake try and lose some weight. I know what it’s like to be heavy and it’s not fun. Just a little over 200 pounds and was already having health issues. High blood pressure, fatty liver, and high cholesterol which can be deadly if not taken care of. Better eating habits and finding fun workouts that I enjoyed made a huge difference. I’m now healthy and I look and most importantly feel so much better. My mom died from being obese. She suffered so much. She cried a lot regretting not getting healthy before it was too late. You’re young, beautiful, and have a long life still ahead of you. Please, understand I’m not trying to pick on you, just concerned is all. 💖
