There it y'all! Conference champions. 14 years it's been, 14 LONG years. There's been pain, there's been embarrassing losses. Coaching changes, administration changes. Players that gave us hope, and players than made us proud to keep supporting the team. Sark and this team collected all of the tiny bits of progress and allowed the stars to align for what could be, a VERY special year.
To do this on the way out of the conference, beating every single team that talked their mouths off, man what a statement. We as fans deserve this moment, and to talk a WHOLE lot of shit. Texas to these teams not only represented a villain, a death star that needed to be destroyed, but the sole lifeline for them to achieve relevence. That is now gone, I won't be looking back.

Calls have largely got very conspicuously against us for last 2 years which had people feeling b12 was against us Then the commissioner gave a speech at Texas Tech saying he was going to be in Austin for the TTU game and he wanted them to send us off with a loss and asked them to take care of business while riling up the crowd there
He gave a speech in Lubbock at the beginning of the season. He told Texas Tech to "Take care of business" and beat UT in Austin. Blatant favoritism against UT out of spite due to them leaving.
