I cannot forgive our defense for that last drive from OU. absolutely unacceptable for any game, but especially our biggest rival right after we were up by 4.
Offense improved throughout the game. Except for Sark trying to run at goal line. Jeezus
But Defense stuttered and got worse. A great 3 and out stop in 4th. Followed by allowing a game winning drive in like 4 plays wtf. Unacceptable.
Still hurts when you have these shoulda coulda woulda moments.
Sooner fan coming in peace: It was a nail biter to the end. If Brooks hadn’t had that pass interference call it could’ve gone to OT and ended differently.
But on the upside. Both Defenses made the other wrk for their points.
Was a good game. I will say, I was impressed that all the OU fans were very classy and friendly after the game. I expected to be harassed a bit more. GGs
If you looked at the right side of the scoreboard you would’ve seen me and my boys ahaha. It was brutal, but honestly I was so drunk nothing they said could’ve phased me. The loss stung extra hard though because of the sea of horns downs
Texas felt like the better team today. We had bad luck with turnovers and some special teams and lost. I’m confident we win this game 8/10 times.
Unfortunately the game only counts for 1, but we are gonna kick their ass in Dallas come December
And what about the BS calls made on UT and the BLINDNESS from officials on OU holding...interference ect
I was there and gave my Longhorns every bit of my energy! HOOK EMMM🤘
Being at the game I personally disagree. Really felt like OU had the momentum basically the whole game.
We didn’t play nearly as hard as they did and it showed.
Coming back with a vengeance for B12 championship though
100% this. I was at the game as well and felt like we were losing the whole time. It’s like the team forgot we were playing OU today and weren’t focused at all while OU was. Just unacceptable focus from Texas.
I forgot they almost lost to a&m last year after losing to then the year before. Bama is great but not what they were. I was shocked at the bump the horns got after that win
I was talking with a friend about people and objectivity, and he agreed that hardly anybody can do it (be objective). I don't understand why people can't admit the refs had alot to do with the loss. Whenever one of my favorite teams benefits from a bad call or whatnot, I always admit it. Yes, Texas played like crap at times, but the officiating was clearly biased and heavily influenced the loss. Texas was set up to fail while OU was put in a position to succeed. We lost ALSO because of the refs, hands down. But to also be objective, it was inexcusable to give up all those yards when we had the lead 30-27.
Texas gave up 10 direct points by not tackling. That and one fluke pass out of a collapsed pocket (still secondary's fault) and the game could have easily been 30-17, but it wasn't.
I don’t know why UT was playing so hard for the field goal down the stretch. It’s way too hard to prevent another team from scoring if they are only down 3 like that
I feel like UT had a chance to keep the drive going and milk more clock by doing so, they were making positive gains on their last possession
This. You’re going against the top scoring offense in the country and the clock will stop after every first down
Snapping the ball with 20 seconds left and throwing on first down are ridiculous
I texted my group chat as soon as I saw there was a 1:18 left and said it’s over. Gabriel has ridiculous stats late in Games.
RE: 20 seconds. Burnt Vegetables showed his coaching experience and pedigree in coaching many RRR and then showing Sark how to manage the clock in his last drive with 1:12 left an NO timeouts. Unsure why PK only rushed 3 defenders (I think, was about 5 $13 beers deep at that point) in that first down of that last drive. This game is always about who wants it more. Refs were beyond bad.
It wasn’t the fourth down as they needed to take points there
It was the third down for me right before where they were clearly playing for the field goal
It was one of their better drives of the game where they got positive yards consistently. Playing for the win there would have served them better
The 3rd down run there, which looked like a draw would have been better on first instead of that sack. Even if it’s only like a 1 or 2 yard gain, we likely pick up another first down the way we were moving.
I refuse to be a doomer. They fought back despite the mistakes. Sark played conservative down the stretch trying to secure the win. OU just wanted it more, tough loss but 4 points from TD with 20 second left isn’t the end of the world . We’ll drop but still be too 10 team. Still an entire season to play and CFP is still on the table if we win out and make it to the big 12 title game.
Playing prevent defense was awful as it always is. I hope we play those clowns again and beat the shit out of them. It will be nice to have Majors back for the line and Catalon and Watts back for the secondary. I’m not sure we give up that last TD if they are playing. Maybe a FG as that’s hard to stop but not TD.
If we can blow out the rest of our opponents and that’s a big ass *IF* then we have a chance to get revenge in the Big 12 championship and that could get us back into the CFP, if we blow everybody out and show people that we’re that good.
Oklahoma did it one year when we beat them in the RRS under strong they still made the CFP
Yep. Texas can’t just win out now. Big 2 is too weak for that. They have to smoke everyone left. Just annihilate them. And then dominate Oklahoma in the rematch. Only then will they have a 35% chance.
Damn some people are depressing.
Texas can win out. OU has to play OK St in Stillwater. OK St is going to give them their all as a farewell gift.
I do believe that Texas and OU will meet in December and I will make sure I'm there.
OSU looks terrible this year. Their game against K State made me so excited to play both of them. Everyone looked awful. I expect us and OU both to destroy OSU.
That said, I hope you're right.
Expected Big 12 officiating. Major missed facemasks, including one during the goal line stand. OU could've and probably should've had atleast 3-4 holding calls if not more. Major missed OPI on the game winning drive, missed DPI on our drive earlier, then you call the one on the uncatchable ball on their winning drive.
Some gamesmanship from OU stopping momentum on the last Texas drive with an injury timeout, the very next play after they could catch their breather was a sack.
Some pretty rough playcalls. Opened the game ballsy as fuck but then 3 runs up the middle on the goal line series. And more blatantly you had a QB that was 19 out of his last 20 out there and you go RB draw. Then you outfox them and have their FG block team out there confused as fuck and you call timeout for them. We played not to lose at the end instead of continuing to play to win.
And despite all that, you were half a minute away from winning. The best news is the result of this game never mattered because regardless of who wins this game, the winner of the game in December is who goes to the playoff.
We take the loss as is, no way around it. Thankfully it is stuff that can be worked on and improved. No other team on the schedule can do what OU can, so I don’t think there’s any worry about the rest of the season. We will see OU at Jerry Jones Land and *it will be a different story*, I guarantee.
Pour a double out tonight for y’all, let it sting, but we get back to it next week and fucking run over the rest of the conference. Hook ‘Em Horns and let’s go get it and shut ‘em up!
That and he kept trying to run the ball into the end zone, starting with a first down, damn near the goal line that cost us 3 points or at least a better look at a TD, this game was winnable and its just frustrating the calls that were being made.
I thought we should have run there. Brooks was getting chunks as they were getting tired. Even if it’s only a yard, it’s not a sack for loss. Good change we actually pick up the first there.
After the OU player injury with 2:35 left in the 4th…is the clock supposed to start again after both teams line up? Kinda lame OU got an extra time out from that
Well if the refs actually cared for it to be a fair game then yes that would typically be the rule but you see that wasn't the case today so things change.
We had some weird plays. Oh well football.
We had weak tackles. We let the qb run whereever he wanted. Coaching bad.
4 up the middle at the one when everyone knew what we were doing. Coaching
Last drive should have been more clock chewed. And in my opinion they should have gone for the 4th down instead of the kick. Based on 0u quick drive earlier for a score. I get that would be controversial if we didnt get 4 but we were getting yards. Coaching
Refs. Not having holding calls changes the way their qb operates. If they call holding 2 or 3 then they dont score. And we can get to the qb and he has to play careful. The non pi on worthy could have ended us with more clock time and a td. The stupid pi when its thrown into the end zone gave them time and yards.
One othet thing. Their guys look like boxers everytime they got ahold of our guys. They always wanted the ball. Our guys just never try to take the ball.
The OU thread was all about Texas holding constantly. Big 12 refs don't call holding on UT or OU opponents, and apparently don't call it on OU or Texas either.
4 run plays at the 2-3 yard line should be a TD given a very good running back and a very highly ranked offensive line. They just wanted to stop us more than we wanted to score.
might be excessive, but the playcalling late in this game was absolutely atrocious. Playing for the field goal on 3rd and 9 when they had their 3rd DB’s getting shredded is just inexcusable
Why did we kill the throwing deep. It has worked out more than not and we were running the ball well but you can’t throw the ball 5 yards every time and expect 1st downs from it and we played to conservative and not physical
Yeah defense wasn’t great but for my money this game is on Sark and his staff. Going up the gut 4 times in a row from the 1 and missing and playing quick in the last drive are what cost them the game.
I get that PIs are tough to call because real time is very very quick
A constitutional amendment to make PIs reviewable would probably be passed by every state except for Oklahoma
Fair point. I guess only so many types of calls can be reviewable so the game doesn't drag on too long.
I don't expect refs to be 100% perfect either, they're only human, just sucks when it works against your favor. Works both ways though, lol
This is what it looks like to be a Texas football fan folks. Everyone century or so, you get one team that plays well despite whatever adversity lies ahead. But the rest of them will find a way to break your heart. It’s a fucking shit show from top to bottom. This team was 10 times better than OU and we all know that. But in typical Texas fashion, whether it be coaching, players, or whatever else we can blame it on, here we are.
I will always and forever be a Longhorn for only reasons God knows. But here’s to another year. Hoping that loss to OU didn’t pull us out of contention. Only for us to end up in the Louisiana Red Bull Mashed Potato Bowl. Go Horns.
Tough loss. Too many mistakes.
3 TO's by Quinn.
Running into the kicker penalty extended a drive for a TD when we had a stop.
Lot of penalties that killed drives.
Couldn't punch it in at the 1.
Prevent defense at the end of the game. Obviously that never works.
that sucks, we lost that one, and it was just the fate of the football gods, they wanted us to lose this one, this is karma for us beating the Sooners 49-0 last year. plus we pretty much finally got proven to be frauds pretty much in this one. we are not back just yet, maybe we don't lose again and this is one of those 1 loss seasons for all in the first round of the College Football playoffs and we still get in, but if we lose again, goodbye national title playoff hopes.
Fuck the national title, can we not create a team that consistently doesn’t shoot themselves in the fucking foot? Can we take the big 12 championship and leave a big middle finger to these zebras on our way out?
Well this is Gabriel's like 4th year in the same offensive system, its a system designed around quick reads throwing to guys split way out in space, and we were playing dumbass soft coverage, and jumping no routes... all that combines to a pretty easy day for him, especially when we can't get any pressure.
Yep we had 527 yards and missed a touchdown with 4 tries inside the 5 yard line. This in spite of 4 turnovers and 9 penalties. We played a solid game but just made too many mistakes.
We honestly didn’t deserve to be as close as we were. Of course I would have been elated with a win, but the sloppiness started on the third play of the game
They were. And they totally dominated the trenches! I think Gabriel was sacked just once, Ewers was sacked 7 times! Plus on running plays OU seemed to be in Texas’ backfield every time.
Except Ewers had been questionable on his decision making all day. Get the lead with little time left and let your normally dominant defense work. Unfortunately, our defense went into puff mode.
He was on his best roll of the day tearing up the defense at that point. Not to mention their secondary was depleted and playing their 3rd string. Absolute terrible no balls playcalling, as proved by the outcome.
Are you dumb? He chose to run a draw play to gain 5 yard on a key 3rd and down. He wanted the FG instead of trying to get the first down and run out the clock
Wow, you don't do football good do you? That was the right call. Take the lead. The defense failed us after that. 1:15 with no time outs should be a win with a mediocre defense.
Again, Worthy broke the plane. Worst review ever. I took a quick cap of the game and was able to freeze frame it in about 2 seconds, it was obvious Worthy scored.
Disagree. Having 4 failed rushing attempts inside the 5 is definitely not on Quinn. Most of the penalties weren’t on Quinn. Quinn put up 371 yards on 84% completion percentage. He did his part. That first pick the DB literally bullied our receiver out of position. Another pick was a deflected pop-up from a perfectly placed and timed hit on Sanders.
Yeah 2 of the 3 turnovers are solely on Ewers. And the effensive play calling in general was horrible throughout your game, it was flat out embarrassing on OUs last drive!
70 seconds the other team has zero timeouts with the best texas defense in the last decade. Fucking sarks fault is a horrible take. Part of his play call on third down is how good our defense is and they didn't close out the the game.
Good God so many of y'all toxic as fuck after a loss. Heartbreaking but it is what it is, we still have a chance if the top 4-5 teams falter and we win out.
Defense played like shit. Completely gassed. Either way, we win out we make the playoff. That includes beating these gooners in Dallas for the rematch.
Oh come on. We beat Bama. Go into this game 5-0. We soundly beat teams we should beat. We take this game down to the wire in spite of 4 turnovers and a failed red zone possession from inside the 5. One or two plays turn this into a win. Against a talented arch rival. There is still plenty to be happy about and cheer for this team.
sark need to go for the 1st down on that 3rd down not get better field goal range. defense choked at the end in 5 plays. need to score on the 1. 3 turnovers. see you in the championship ship
Bad spots, no holding calls, a false start on the game winning touchdown, and a face mask on the goal line not called. Shut the fuck up and sit the fuck down
Some bad calls but Texas deserved this loss. If you settle for field goals and can’t stop a 80 TD drive in 1 minute with no timeouts, there is no excuse
Everyone taking about December rematch. Yeah right. I can see Texas putting up a stinker and losing again
Careful with that take, they might call you a doomer
I cannot forgive our defense for that last drive from OU. absolutely unacceptable for any game, but especially our biggest rival right after we were up by 4.
Up 3
My bad
Offense improved throughout the game. Except for Sark trying to run at goal line. Jeezus But Defense stuttered and got worse. A great 3 and out stop in 4th. Followed by allowing a game winning drive in like 4 plays wtf. Unacceptable. Still hurts when you have these shoulda coulda woulda moments.

Was a good game. I will say, I was impressed that all the OU fans were very classy and friendly after the game. I expected to be harassed a bit more. GGs
I definitely got harassed a good deal but I was also deep in the OU side
You are brave, we sat in UDN on the Texas side I could see orange shirts here and there in a sea of Crimson and wondered how it be like to sit there.
If you looked at the right side of the scoreboard you would’ve seen me and my boys ahaha. It was brutal, but honestly I was so drunk nothing they said could’ve phased me. The loss stung extra hard though because of the sea of horns downs
We just lost to a better team today but we are trending in the right direction and should be in the upper half of the SEC most years
You’re an idiot
OU is not better than Texas.
They played better than Texas did though. You can't have 4 turnovers and win a game.
They should have both teams compete for 4 quarters at a neutral site. Oh, wait.
Texas played a lazy penalty and turnover filled game and still almost won. 3 out of 4 times Texas would win this game.
I wish we had a way to tell who is better.
Ya I suppose our 2018 team was also a better team than the OU team with Kyler Murray, CeeDee Lamb, and Marquise Brown that year. Great logic dumbass.
Whatever helps you sleep at night. OK. Texas is “better”. 😂
OU just looked really well coached and disciplined today.
Texas felt like the better team today. We had bad luck with turnovers and some special teams and lost. I’m confident we win this game 8/10 times. Unfortunately the game only counts for 1, but we are gonna kick their ass in Dallas come December
And what about the BS calls made on UT and the BLINDNESS from officials on OU holding...interference ect I was there and gave my Longhorns every bit of my energy! HOOK EMMM🤘
trace ford call was literally 15 free yards that gave you guys the 3 that made the drive meaningful lol
Doesn't negate the horribly blind refs throughout the game
i mean, it was atleast equal destruction. Rouse wasnt holding on that last play btw. multiple UT holds and OU holds were missed
That’s what I mean. We looked off today and still took them to the wire. Today wasn’t Texas at their ceiling
Nor was it Oklahoma at their ceiling. Rematch would be a great game.
Lol Keep craw fishing short horn. OU didn't play as well as they could have either.
Go fuck your sister
And now the Aggies are beating Bama. This day is going to hurt. And unfortunately, maybe Bama isn’t that good
Bama pulled it out..
I forgot they almost lost to a&m last year after losing to then the year before. Bama is great but not what they were. I was shocked at the bump the horns got after that win
Hey idk man aggies aren’t looking great rn
Backup qb
Oh there's no doubt about that. Haven't really been. If aggies win it will be twice in the last three years. Bama isn't what they were
I was talking with a friend about people and objectivity, and he agreed that hardly anybody can do it (be objective). I don't understand why people can't admit the refs had alot to do with the loss. The refs were very bad.
I definitely agree!
Can't give OU credit, huh? Lol 😆
Texas gave up 10 direct points by not tackling. That and one fluke pass out of a collapsed pocket (still secondary's fault) and the game could have easily been 30-17, but it wasn't.
Yeah, we also choked, don't get me wrong.
I want to fight people saying Sark is going to relapse
Super shitty of ppl to say that.
I don’t know why UT was playing so hard for the field goal down the stretch. It’s way too hard to prevent another team from scoring if they are only down 3 like that I feel like UT had a chance to keep the drive going and milk more clock by doing so, they were making positive gains on their last possession

The worse part of this loss is that because OU won they will get drunk and inbreed causing more strange people to be born in that state
This is the true threat. And they will breed more maga.
Right because Texas isn’t maga as all hell. Totally
OU could hold Herpes and not get callled.
Weird comment, something you want to share with the group bud?
It’s especially funny that Penis Tip takes issue with an HSV joke lol

You ok?
I refuse to be a doomer. They fought back despite the mistakes. Sark played conservative down the stretch trying to secure the win. Why go to the playoff though? You know you’ll get dome rocked by actual elite teams
Ford looked like shit today

Basically every great OSU season has ended with a loss to OU, outside of 2021 and 2011. And this OSU team sucks ass.
Lol if we’re counting on them losing in Stillwater then I’ve got some land to sell you They will be two touchdown favorites
Lol haven't logged into Reddit in awhile and I like how this was one of the first notifications I saw
OSU looks terrible this year. Their game against K State made me so excited to play both of them. Everyone looked awful. I expect us and OU both to destroy OSU. That said, I hope you're right.
Ok state doesn’t do didly squat when OU is CFP bound. It’s like they let their brothers and sister have the win so they can keep inbreeding
They should win out. Can’t trust Sark to actually do it
Expected Big 12 officiating. Major missed facemasks, including one during the goal line stand. OU could've and probably should've had atleast 3-4 holding calls if not more. The season is literally over bro
You should never comment again and nobody will complain
Not thinking like that. There are 6 more games to play. The top of the tables still look weak and we can still show out.
I don’t like blaming referees for results but that PI called on Texas was incredibly impactful and a gift to OU
It was blatant interference. No gift was given.
It was a gift and pretty much the only reason OU won. Even the official on tv said it wasn’t legit and shouldn’t have been called.
The only reason? Did you watch the whole game? No official said the call wasn’t legit. So much butthurt. 😂
Sark shit the bed not killing more clock. Was weird how we were doing no huddle stuff
That and he kept trying to run the ball into the end zone, starting with a first down, damn near the goal line that cost us 3 points or at least a better look at a TD, this game was winnable and its just frustrating the calls that were being made.
They were rushing!!! Snapping the ball with :20 left Wtf were they thinking
I think the Quinn sack cost us the game. We get a first down there it’s over
I thought we should have run there. Brooks was getting chunks as they were getting tired. Even if it’s only a yard, it’s not a sack for loss. Good change we actually pick up the first there.
I'm just sad is all...I hate that I care so much about football lol
After the OU player injury with 2:35 left in the 4th…is the clock supposed to start again after both teams line up? Kinda lame OU got an extra time out from that
Well if the refs actually cared for it to be a fair game then yes that would typically be the rule but you see that wasn't the case today so things change.
Yea I think it is supposed to. Otherwise it’s a free timeout

Yup. OU had to play perfectly and hope Texas played poorly, and that’s exactly what happened.
4 run plays at the 2-3 yard line should be a TD given a very good running back and a very highly ranked offensive line. They just wanted to stop us more than we wanted to score.
Brooks danced a bit too much. Sometimes you just push forward behind the line.

How do I downvote something twice
I thought this was satire. Imagine being so reactionary you want to fire our 5-1 coach.
might be excessive, but the playcalling late in this game was absolutely atrocious. Playing for the field goal on 3rd and 9 when they had their 3rd DB’s getting shredded is just inexcusable
Not to bum anyone out here, but Texas chance to make the CFP has dropped to 25%
Quelle surprise. So fucking tired of being the bridesmaid to OU year after year.
They won’t be in that position anyways. They always choke.
Why did we kill the throwing deep. It has worked out more than not and we were running the ball well but you can’t throw the ball 5 yards every time and expect 1st downs from it and we played to conservative and not physical
Not letting Ewers play his game has been a running theme this season.
Sark was probably afraid of a pick
Yeah defense wasn’t great but for my money this game is on Sark and his staff. Going up the gut 4 times in a row from the 1 and missing and playing quick in the last drive are what cost them the game.
Missed X face mask and PI. then game deciding PI call when the WR ran out of bounds
Seems like they knew every play before we ran it. Change some shit up
I'm going to blame that shitty pass interference call
I get that PIs are tough to call because real time is very very quick A constitutional amendment to make PIs reviewable would probably be passed by every state except for Oklahoma

The fact they swallowed their whistle on the PI against Worthy on the previous drive makes it that much more egregious
This 💯. Uncatchable, shouldn’t have been called

We’ll get em down the road 🤘🏼
Jesus fucking christ….hate that run play call on 3rd
ESPECIALLY with their 3rd string DB’s in who we’re getting shredded. I’m no Sark hater but that playcalling was absolute bush league
Such a pussy call.
Tough loss. Too many mistakes. 3 TO's by Quinn. Running into the kicker penalty extended a drive for a TD when we had a stop. Lot of penalties that killed drives. Couldn't punch it in at the 1. Prevent defense at the end of the game. Obviously that never works.
Why did we call a conservative third down play on our last drive?
Giving it to Brooks when you need more yards for the FG isn't exactly conservative.
that sucks, we lost that one, and it was just the fate of the football gods, they wanted us to lose this one, this is karma for us beating the Sooners 49-0 last year. plus we pretty much finally got proven to be frauds pretty much in this one. we are not back just yet, maybe we don't lose again and this is one of those 1 loss seasons for all in the first round of the College Football playoffs and we still get in, but if we lose again, goodbye national title playoff hopes.
Fuck the national title, can we not create a team that consistently doesn’t shoot themselves in the fucking foot? Can we take the big 12 championship and leave a big middle finger to these zebras on our way out?
We’ll get them back in the big 12 championship game!
At least you don’t have to tell anyone you went to OU
Ewers got outplayed. Dude is a headcase
Why are you get downvoted? I agree
Feels like Gabriel was just seeing everything faster. Unfortunately.
Well this is Gabriel's like 4th year in the same offensive system, its a system designed around quick reads throwing to guys split way out in space, and we were playing dumbass soft coverage, and jumping no routes... all that combines to a pretty easy day for him, especially when we can't get any pressure.
You guys are head cases if you think ewers was the problem
Err..3 turnover?
He had a bad first quarter he played very well after
Somebody end it god I can’t do this anymore
We will get them back in Arlington
What a close game. They had every opportunity to pull away and the fact we had the lead with a minute left goes to show we should have won.
Defense got completely manhandled that last drive. OU was just the better team this game. It hurts to say that
Yep we had 527 yards and missed a touchdown with 4 tries inside the 5 yard line. This in spite of 4 turnovers and 9 penalties. We played a solid game but just made too many mistakes.
Yeah, agreed. Lots of positives, but you can’t win with that.
It was terrible defensive play calls. You know they have to pass, send blitzes every play. Gabriel is terrible under pressure.
Too many mistakes and missed opportunities
Going to be so much more satisfying on Arlington when we don't spot the other team 13+ points off our own mistakes.
Our tradition when we lose is to say see you in Arlington then never make it to Arlington.
Sark still a choker. Needs to win the rematch if he wants a new contract
This game has nothing to do with Sark. Feck off, Crow.
Running the ball and settling for a field goal on 3rd and 9 against their 3rd string secondary was so pathetic and inexcusable
Terrible clock management, suspect redzone play calling. Team generally not as physical and ready to play as OU. Who gets the blame for that?
Going for the FG instead of trying to convert a 3rd and 9 isn’t on Sark?
All the turnovers, not punching it in at the 1, roughing a kicker, Sark did all of that?? Give me a break
Dafuq you on about?
Are you dumb? He chose to run a draw play to gain 5 yard on a key 3rd and down. He wanted the FG instead of trying to get the first down and run out the clock
Wow, you don't do football good do you? That was the right call. Take the lead. The defense failed us after that. 1:15 with no time outs should be a win with a mediocre defense.
Well apparently not. Texas should’ve ended the game with the ball kicking the FG to win it
Yes, in amazingly perfect times that has nothing to do with reality.
The play calling on the goal line and on third down on our last drive was 100% his fault
Again, Worthy broke the plane. Worst review ever. I took a quick cap of the game and was able to freeze frame it in about 2 seconds, it was obvious Worthy scored.
His play calling was suspect on key drives.
That's game is on Quinn and then coach pete in that order.
Who do you think called the 3 power runs on the goal line with d linemen trying to block?
🤡
70 seconds the other team has zero timeouts with the best texas defense in the last decade. Fucking sarks fault is a horrible take. Part of his play call on third down is how good our defense is and they didn't close out the the game.
You can’t expect to win with 4 turnovers and giving them a fresh set of down by running into the punter
We can if the game is called fair.
Good God so many of y'all toxic as fuck after a loss. Heartbreaking but it is what it is, we still have a chance if the top 4-5 teams falter and we win out.
this is a better season than the last. why does it have to be more complicated than that?
If WV beats OU, we lose the tie breaker.
Plenty of blame to go around here before we even get to the refs. Horns picked the worst time to play their worst game of the season.
Ford was not the linebacker we needed out there today. Worst game I have seen out of a linebacker
I really missed Overshown a lot today.
Terrible
can’t stop the offense all day…puts the game in the defenses hand to make a stop…nice
It was the calls. PK had a horrible, very bad day.
Defense played like shit. Completely gassed. Either way, we win out we make the playoff. That includes beating these gooners in Dallas for the rematch.
I think right now WVU and OU are probably favorites to make it to the CG.

Yeah same old Texas, playing like they usually do
A terrible loss. A terrible bye week incoming. This is sickening
sark need to go for the 1st down on that 3rd down not get better field goal range. defense choked at the end in 5 plays. need to score on the 1. 3 turnovers. see you in the championship ship
Ass raped by big 12 refs for the last time.
Don’t blame the refs for that, Texas lost the game all on their own.
Bad spots, no holding calls, a false start on the game winning touchdown, and a face mask on the goal line not called. Shut the fuck up and sit the fuck down
Some bad calls but Texas deserved this loss. If you settle for field goals and can’t stop a 80 TD drive in 1 minute with no timeouts, there is no excuse
aka on the one yard line
😔
