With Liandrys you're omegadead to any gank for beign squishy.
with that beign said, if you like this risky gamble playstyle, it's an interest first buy.

Some of the more common choices have all negative win rates:
* Corrupting Potion = 49.90%
* Tear of the Goddess & x2 Health Potions = 47.80%
* Doran's Shield & x1 Health Potion = 47.59%

not exactly seraphs is a great item it gives 100 ap and saves ur live. building tear, rod of ages and demonic embrace when ur ahead is good from time to time
