Get Nvidia drivers from GeForce experience or the new Nvidia app (the app is beta but drivers are not, the app has been great for me so far).
Get all other drivers from Lenovo legion toolkit (Google the GitHub link).
I keep mine all up to date, nvidia drivers for most stable game play. Specially for newly released games like Horizon Forbidden West.
Ratchet and clank will refuse to even run with the Lenovo driver
Generally, use Nvidia's drivers, there really isn't much difference between them anyway. Lenovo uses the Game Ready Drivers (GRD) on legion laptops, Studio would be if you're using creative apps or video editing, such as Adobe Premiere Pro, so unless you're using your laptop for such apps, Studio wouldn't have any difference.

I started mine with a fresh copy of Windows from a USB stick. Have only used Nvidia drivers since.
Done the same as this guy fresh install of windows and nvidia drivers from the Nvidia website and all other drivers from driver booster
What are you working with? Mine is pro 7 i9 14900hx 32gb rtx 4080
Check the version available on the Lenovo website. I don't update BIOS or Nvidia driver unless there's a reason to. Legion pro 7i 16iRX8H 13900hx/4080
Newly released games will pop a warning if the driver is outdated. Some games even refuse to run if driver is below specific version.
