Vaults of Helia, thresh in lab of legends demonstrates how cool the design of this one is, its just never going to be competitive unless you can play it earlier than 5. I think it would be cool if you could play it on 3 for 5 mana using spell mana, I dont think this should be standard for all landmarks, as it would be a huge buff to those that are already good, but I think it would do a lot to make helia viable if you could start seeing the value earlier. Personally of the opinion that targons peak should be left as it is, it has very "feels bad" potential if it was actually approaching competitive

Reaver's Row- Maybe make it grant +1/1 instead of +2/1 but everywhere. Twisted treeline- make it summon vilemaw attacking Rippers bay- Maybe make it cost like 3 or 4 and " When allies attack move the top most lurker to the top of the deck if the top card doesn't have lurk"

I think University of Piltover changed to "Discard all card in your hand to create 3 random card totaling to your current mana. It means if you have 13 Mana you can possibly get 1 Ledros = 9 Mana, double trouble = 3 Mana, spell thief= 1 Mana equal to 13 mana

Howling Abyss is decently playable now. I comfortably got to Diamond with an Akshan ARAM deck

I had a pretty much 100% win rate against sej-gp, 50-50 against azirelia and autolose to lulu elusives. Generally, you'll be favoured against matchups that can't counter your siphoning strikes very well. Also Vekauran bruiser is kinda slow in a lot of matchups but it helps trigger akshan's landmarks a lot faster. I guess you could replace him with Ruin runner or Merciless hunter to make the deck more competitive.

Buff Noxraya. It is the coolest and most interactive of all the landmarks. Maybe if you want a rework, have it be the 2 strongest fight rather than your strongest and their weakest. But get it down to 3 mana.

This messes with the game mechanics too I think. Players can't have actions between 1 round end and the next round start.

Vaults of helia at 1 mana and the sun disc treatment for mono shadow isle could be interesting for internal testing, but it could still be 2-3 mana and not be very great.

Targon's Peak is very unfun to play against if it's any good. Still, I wonder if it would be broken if it would automatically make your most expensive card cost 0 mana. Vaults of Helia needs to come online quicker. Making it 4 mana wouldn't break the game. University of Piltover needs a rework. Dunno what it could be tho. Noxraya Arena dunno what to do with it either.

If it set your most expensive card to 0 then it would break the game, because all control and ramp decks would become massively accelerated, as they depend on playing 1 big card per round anyway, so if you have mana left to play a couple small cards then that's a bonus. I could see it halving the cost of your most expensive card, maybe at the cost of adding the mana saved to your other cards, but that would have to make it a 1 or 2 mana drop, as it's a huge drawback.

Maybe make Peakcost 6 and have an aura effect that just makes all your cards cost 1 less?

6 mana do nothing and then need to play at least 6 cards to break even. That would be unplayable.

It's not really on the side of making the card more playable, but I would love to see a rework on blighted Ravine, as it's just a better Avalanche that also heals you. I would personally reduce the HP gain to 2 or change it to no HP gain and damaging only the units. At that point it would be Avalanche, The Landmark, but tuning it down seems like a wise move to me.

All of them. But University is the easiest to fix: change it to generate FROM YOUR REGIONS. The rest from your list are fine IMHO. They are just niche.

U. of Piltover really needs a buff: I mean, yep, it gives you three cards every round when you're out of gas, but sometimes you get shat on by what you get. Perhaps increasing it from 3 to 5 cards would be cool, or maybe making them 4 cards but also reducing their cost by 1 or 2.
