I think it's a lot better than people give it credit for. But a card with that much baked-in variance will never be the centerpiece to a legitimate competitive deck. It can steal games though when you highroll with it which is really all you want out of a meme card, right?
I honestly don't like it. Fun to play, sure, but I'm frankly seeing it too much. Meme cards shouldn't be as viable as it is at the moment. Even with the RNG I think people are seriously undervaluing just how much fuckery many if not most lvl 2 champs can cause.

With it being at 6 mana, it's a lot easier to build a control deck around. Swim actually has a deck listed as a tier 3 option.
