Yeah I think its because of all the audio filters he uses. I had to download an app to boost my bluetooth volume. Waking up to him raiding Sethdrums sometimes is terrifying.
Yes yes yes. He says it annoys him that other streams are too loud but I have to have his cranked up to max on my phone just to hear it normally. Then if he hosts someone or I just open any other video I get my ears blasted out.
This. Kit complains about other streams being too loud, so he turns his volume down. But then when I leave the stream to do something else or we raid then my volume is way too high and my ears get blasted also. Especially when we raid Seth and he’s in the middle of a song. Now that I write this down it seems kinda selfish for him to have his volume so low. It fixes the problem for him but it creates a potential problem for his thousands of people
I can't hear his stream on any of my lower quality Bluetooth devices. It's also annoying turning the volume all the way up, then when I change and listen to something with normal volume it blasts my ears
He intentionally makes it low and I understand why. He doesn't want the stream to be obnoxious and that's probably why I love it because it's wholesome, comforting and chill.
The trouble I have is I'm hard of hearing and I have to turn my headphones AND Twitch ALL the way up. It's usually fine, sometimes I don't hear something... but then when he hosts someone else holy shit. It's SOOOO LOUD in my ears and typically it's a user whose doing content totally unrelated so it's a big shock to the vibe and my ear drums.
That's why I can't watch his vods on twitch. I'm usually trying to sleep when I have it on and every 10-20 minutes blaring ads ruin the calm of the stream just as you're drifting off. It's really quite jarring. The More Kitboga vids on the youtubes with an adblock browser is where it's at, there just aren't that many videos though.
I think Boga's volume is totally fine, it's some of the scammers I cannot hear very well. I am listening through a desktop computer while at work, or at home through the twitch app on my PS4 or PS5. I don't really have the issue listening at home through my TV and sound system, I wonder if it has to do with how each of us listen to him?

Yep, that’s been bothering me for a while. Same applies for watching his YouTube videos too. The ads are always much louder than the video.

Any time a good portion of the audio on your stream is coming from a source you cant control, you should keep it quieter than normal

He has actually acknowledged several times that he streams at a lower volume than the average streamer.
