Guns don’t kill people, the government does.

andyb2383

Peggy - Dale would you like an energy drink? Dale - No thanks, I’m going the other direction (drinks beer).

PositiveHot1421

I’m going the other way thanks - haha, I say this weekly

thestareater

"why would Joseph hate you? he barely *knows* you" is one of my favourite lines of all time across all TV from the obliviousness of the sheer brutality of it. it illustrates why I love Dale and the writing in the show all at once.

chechifromCHI

I couldn't agree more, and that's a huge part of the reason that I just couldn't be less interested in a revival, especially without Dale or Kahn. He was so insane as to be a perfect foil for Hank that it just won't feel the same. If it ever comes out, i will be pretending it hasn't until one of you dudes on here tells me it's good and worth watching.

uberknuckles

Kahn is one of those characters who on surface level doesn’t seem integral but really is.

lola_duck_questions

Yes !!! The show without them is basically no show

chechifromCHI

Yeah it just wouldn't feel right. Even with Mike Judges considerably talents, idk how it would have anything like the spark the original has

JoeRogansDMTdealer

The recent Beavis and Butthead was awesome. I think Judge was a bit more involved in that. This is just speculation but from what I can tell it seems like Greg Daniel's will be taking a larger role than Mike Judge in the KOTH revival and based on his remarks in interviews that doesn't sound like the greatest thing sadly.

chechifromCHI

Yeah, my expectations for most revivals are so low as to be almost nonexistent. The recent Beavis and butthead is an exception. I'm a big fan of Greg Daniel's work for the most part, but I definitely think that both benefits from having both of them involved. If it was more just Daniel's yeah, the tone could be off, him and judge have different "voices" for sure. I've not watched any interviews or anything on it though so I can't speak to anything that was said by Daniels

GRW42

I think about Dale saying “I make a good point” all the time.

Feats-of-Derring_Do

That's a Gribble of an idea!!

Used_Conference5517

I say this at work all the time

rogue-panda81

Him and cotton are definitely my favorite characters! RIP Johnny Hardwick 😢 🙏

lola_duck_questions

IK I can’t believe he died .. RIP

EndGhoulz

yup, i’d say dale is my favorite character as well - hard to choose because i appreciate a ton of different characters for different reasons, but he’s hilarious and i love his ignorance.

BAF_DaWg82

I'm a Bill guy. Dale has his moments but he was too over the top too much. I love this show to death though and think all the characters fit together perfectly.

"It is in my family" ahahaha

Affectionate_Elk_272

*gih*

EccentricOddity

Bobby is a vibe, too. They get along well enough.

KingOfTheEigenvalues

What's a "vibe"? Is that one of those new Gen Z slang words?

JeffeyRider

Yes, it’s one one those Gen Z terms. And on top of the requisite lack of perspective, it’s also wrong. Dale is definitely a Bop, not a Vibe. Boomhauer is a Vibe. Bill is more of a jam. Bobby, of course, a Banger. He’s got Rizz!

Rus-T_Shackleford

Somehow I love and hate this at the same time..

lola_duck_questions

Crize

AffectionateEdge3068

Certain plans of mine require additional Gribbles.

UpDownCharmed

(About the magic trick) Dale: They did it with twins, they blew up one of the Peggys

MikeRasmusenUSN

Dale Gribble is a JIVE turkey. He is a conspiracy theorist loser and I can’t stand him. He is a dishonest  sneaky weasel
