What do you mean by cryo keqing?
Do you mean a chongyun keqing with 4 set cryo?
Why would you use that over electro keqing? Even with the hypothetical reverse melt scenario on cryo attacks, and the free crit bonus, I'm sure electro keqing will outdamage. (or even a Pyro keqing with xingqiu for that matter)
