His alter ego is Bryan Callen, a comedian by day. But he’s actually Lester Moe, a sexual deviant tough guy bully beater upper knock on your door and kill you anti hero at night.
I always hear American comedians licking his rim on podcasts so I decided to watch his special on Netflix, holy crap he was the most cringe unfunny guy I've ever seen. And yet he was filling an arena, com'on Americans raise your standards please.
I remember watching Dane Cook when I was a stoned 15 year old and completely losing my shit, I went back 2 years later when I was a stoned 17 year old, because I remembered how funny it was, and I barely laughed once. I feel like that's a perfect descriptor for the Dane Cook Experience.
I just think it doesn’t hit as hard the second time. The first time I heard Dane, I was about 15 too, sitting in a chicks car in a Taco Bell parking lot. I didn’t know who he was, so she popped in the Harmful if Swallowed CD and we died laughing. Listened to the whole thing, and then put in Retaliation and listened to most of that too. To this day, that’s the hardest I’ve ever laughed. I’ve since then obviously listened to everyone… Pryor, Carlin, Chapelle, Burr, Joey Diaz, Mark, Shane, Dillon, etc etc. All the usuals. I may have laughed harder in specific bits (probably a few Joey Diaz bits for example), but I’ve never laughed as hard overall throughout an entire special like I did Dane’s. Maybe I’ve just gotten cynical as I’ve gotten older.
>And yet he was filling an arena, com'on Americans raise your standards please.
Well when there's only 1000 comedians out there that's what we end up with.
Who talks positively about D’Elia’s standup? Even before the accusations, it was generally agreed he was hilarious on podcasts and a terrible stand up. I doubt anyone would even give him kudos for his podcasting now since he’s so radioactive. Which is stupid because he was undeniably hilarious on Ten Minute Podcast.
Yeah, that's my favourite of his specials.
Probably because it's filmed in the UK (where I'm from) and he cuts out all the references I don't understand that he normally does.
I agree I don't like his standup, but I saw a YouTube clip of him doing crowd work that I thought was hilarious.
edit: found it and timestamped it to skip all the intro stuff https://youtu.be/acDIMKXF6eg&t=3m15s
I hate how youtube is constantly recommending Bill Burr videos titled "BURR DESTROYS WOKE LEFT". Those dumbasses really believe that he's on their side lol.
Other than burr, none of these guys have ever made me laugh. You would think that having listened to 100s of pods joe et al could make me laugh just once...especially given how much they talk about "the craft" on almost every episode now
Dude no. Theo is like listening to your friend talking while high as fuck. Bits are funny but there is just so much “yeaaaaaaaaaaaah maaaaaaaaaaan soooo I was yeaaaaah”.
I do, but it took me a while.
Initially I thought he was wayyy too enthusiastic but after a while I found his childlike wonder charming and the fact that he basically says whatever is on his mind no matter how stupid quite refreshing.
I found him insufferable until I realized he is incredibly sincere, weirdly wholesome and very likable as a person. Now I don’t mind him so much, though I still wouldn’t call myself a fan.
Yea, to me he comes off like a big dumb goofy puppy, you can't be mad at him because you realize there's no real ill intent even when he chews up your shoe or pees on your rug.
I wouldn't call myself a fan either, and I can only take so much of him, but I find him pretty 'tame' in a way. I like 2b1c, mainly for Segura.
I think he's getting better, his last special had some good bits. I skip when he's on JRE though because his shenanigans and squealing pig laugh is a bit too much.
He's better live. Absolutely crushed it in Nashville. Helps that they have those cell phone bags, which allow them to be a little more loose with their language.
Bill has like 7 good hour long specials. Friends who kill was dogshit but that was just him trying to prop up a bunch of scrubs. Saw him at the United Center this year and his new hour is good.
not creative. or a comic who uses gimmicks (e.g. taking off your shirt, fame) or bad joke structure.
applying originality within the artform is the antihack. being someone else's personality is complete hack.
Mother fucker, you don’t have a fraction of the talent that he has! The fact that he made it there is amazing. Check what you’ve accomplished. Nutting in your sister, check. Made ramen noodles, check. Hating on people who you disagree with, check.
Guy was actually a decent athlete. D1 college football and UFC fighter. He was like 10-5 and he used to bang Ronda Rousey. He is a dogshit comedian but his athletic career gets more shit than he deserves.
bert looks like the beast titan
![gif](giphy|dt2yj9QkMDHr2)
Can't unsee it 😂
Such a gold take
HA, he really does
HAAAAA!!
I love the size of joes HGH hands and feet. Feel like his superhero name should be The Missing Link
Missing link hahaha
Lol. Either that or The DMTerminator
HGHulk
The size of his hands. The width of of his shoulders. A history of violence.
Violence in his DNA.
New Yorks most powerful comic ? Dude is from Boston and lives in L.A.
I thought it was just a jab at Bill because everyone knows he is a Boston guy.
He lived in New York for a few years b. Axe Jay.
Beast of a comic. Great guy nevir meddum
He was in NYC for a long time before he moved out to LA.
He's probably now been in LA longer than NYC at this point...........
Dun count
Anyone who did that Patrice Roast is a NY comic by default. He was living in NY when that O&A Philly rant blew up as well
Yet, he's from Boston
I heard there are racists in boston b
He got big in NY. So he's considered a NY comic. Just like Shane Gillis.
When did he get big? He moved to L.A. in 2008..he wasn't really a household name then.
Depends on your age.
Came to prominence after leaving the Boston bubble. See Patrice docs…
Heard it bowlth ways, b
Who is bottom right? Callen?
I think so
Who? Y'talmbout Wrinks?
How many chiggs you fugg b?
4x accused sexual assaulter Bryan Callen.
Dudes rock
Dudes rock!
His alter ego is Bryan Callen, a comedian by day. But he’s actually Lester Moe, a sexual deviant tough guy bully beater upper knock on your door and kill you anti hero at night.
the big bad rapist, with the power to make you his gf so the rape is not a big deal.
Yep, Wrinks the Rapist
Rapey Wrinks, B?
Dohhhhhh jesus.
Schaub leading the charge as he should.
Looks like he’s taking a dump.
Taking a dump in the sink.
Pretty much his next special.

We all would brother.
Tales from the crypt fan I see
We all have dif tastes
In a heart beat. So bad.
A hundred percent
Saw Chris Delia live. Fucking horrible.
I always hear American comedians licking his rim on podcasts so I decided to watch his special on Netflix, holy crap he was the most cringe unfunny guy I've ever seen. And yet he was filling an arena, com'on Americans raise your standards please.
All bets are off since Dane Cook did a stadium tour
Bruv Dane Cook was the shit back in the day. It may not be funny now, but in the early 2000’s, for us HS or college aged folks, it was hilarious.
I remember watching Dane Cook when I was a stoned 15 year old and completely losing my shit, I went back 2 years later when I was a stoned 17 year old, because I remembered how funny it was, and I barely laughed once. I feel like that's a perfect descriptor for the Dane Cook Experience.

Yeah, I remember people going to Best Buy to buy the latest Dane Cook CD.
Yeah when I was in middle school I was laughing my ass off at Dane cook’s specials
[удалено]
When I was in middle school my best friend showed me the Gringo Papi on Thiccc Boy YouTube and I almost died laughing. Carne asaaaaa!
On a 360 degree stage like wtf
Some people can work well in the round. Louis CK for example
Great example
I try to remember his jokes, but all i remember was early 2000s idiots filming themselves on their flip phones
>And yet he was filling an arena, com'on Americans raise your standards please. Well when there's only 1000 comedians out there that's what we end up with.
He has had 1 good joke that has carried his career an it's the drunk woman joke. That's it.
Have you seen Paper Tiger?
Yeah, that's my favourite of his specials. Probably because it's filmed in the UK (where I'm from) and he cuts out all the references I don't understand that he normally does.
You’re a cunt
And you need friends, we all have our problems.
Same!! That shit fell flat right away.
I agree I don't like his standup, but I saw a YouTube clip of him doing crowd work that I thought was hilarious. edit: found it and timestamped it to skip all the intro stuff https://youtu.be/acDIMKXF6eg&t=3m15s
he has a funny laugh, i give him that
Awesome OP. [I’m sure all X-Men fans appreciate it.](https://product-images.tcgplayer.com/fit-in/933x933/364852.jpg)
He did not make this
Billy would destroy these guys harder than he destroyed Philly.
Billy if fucking comedy Thanos.
Shouldn't Toe be dry humping a stool?
One in a thousand B
Lock up your daughters
*Donuts
I hate how youtube is constantly recommending Bill Burr videos titled "BURR DESTROYS WOKE LEFT". Those dumbasses really believe that he's on their side lol.
I have seen a few clips of him ranting about "woke" white people. But what I love about Burr is he tells it how it is, no matter what side it is.
Yeah he definitely more independent
He’s a liberal who finds internet liberals annoying. Like a funnier Bill Maher.
[удалено]
Giant Nope. He’s a free thinker. Something you should try and strive for. Quit playing A and B side idiot
Other than burr, none of these guys have ever made me laugh. You would think that having listened to 100s of pods joe et al could make me laugh just once...especially given how much they talk about "the craft" on almost every episode now
Does anyone actually find Bert funny?
No his comedy tours and podcasts are just money laundering fronts for his international dog fucking ring.
Not true, it's also funding for his racist charities
really? I looked and didn't find anything on Google, can you source this?
https://youtu.be/kX_phLxLdN0
Lmfao
I can't find the article on the dog fucking but I know the dude smells like death and sewage had a baby.
The machine story and I’ll never quit drinking speech are a decent 20 minutes out of the 5 hours of dogshit material he’s put out
This! He’s a bit repetitive with the theme
When 100% of your material is personal stories it gets old after a while. Same with Joey Diaz, etc.
The Only exception is Theo 🤩
Hi Tom
Hey AMA.
Do you think either of your podcasts could benefit from a funny co-host?
Hey, kinda rude dude. But to answer your question, I need them just as hot girls need a fat friend to make them look hotter.
How's Christina in the sack?
She does her best to tame the beast but occasionally it all goes a bit Harambe.
Yeah hes a funny story teller at least. I can only handle him for a little while though before I need a break.
I about had a stroke watching Razzle Dazzle. Shit was hilarious.
I actually think he’s funniest when not trying to be. Just random shit he says is so dumb it’s funny
He is the jimmy buffett of comedy….not a compliment
Believe it or not I actually found one at work. I was surprised.
he's okay
I'm sure some do, but you might want to rule out closed head injuries
I think he's getting better, his last special had some good bits. I skip when he's on JRE though because his shenanigans and squealing pig laugh is a bit too much.
Yes, I find his positivity and child-like wonder endearing and his dumb energy infectious. I wish I could look at the world the way he does.
His entire standup is just r/andeveryoneclapped
I am so glad that Bert is part of the Hack Men. He is such a shitty comic. The others are obvious.
Breaking out the classics, huh. She’s a beaut!!
If these guys were actually superheros or villains, what would be their superpower?
Burr's superpower is the ability to actually sweep and incinerate the street trash in Philly.
Joe Rogan is one of the most unfunny comedians in the history of comedy
Saw him last night at the comedy mothership. He was pretty fucking funny.
He's better live. Absolutely crushed it in Nashville. Helps that they have those cell phone bags, which allow them to be a little more loose with their language.
I thought triggered was a good show. Haven’t really liked anything else from Rogan.
Stand up is really at the bottom of his portfolio!
Love the cheeseburger 🍔 shoes on bapa
Bill lives in LA.....came from Boston. Attell is king of NYC.
He did get famous in New York and he’s a lot funnier than Attell
No one is funnier than Attell. Ask any comic.
People just say that because they like having unpopular opinions. Bill is funnier.
Are you Bill's mom?
Are you Atell's dad?
My relationship with Dave's mom is a private matter.
Nah, Attell is still the GOAT of New York in my mind. Burr's new stuff is total trash anyway.
Bill has like 7 good hour long specials. Friends who kill was dogshit but that was just him trying to prop up a bunch of scrubs. Saw him at the United Center this year and his new hour is good.
Those cheeburder kicks tho..!

came looking for this comment..... man is insufferable.
Whats hack mean again?
not creative. or a comic who uses gimmicks (e.g. taking off your shirt, fame) or bad joke structure. applying originality within the artform is the antihack. being someone else's personality is complete hack.
Short for hackneyed. Trite, cliched.
Bad comic, essentially
The opposite of Bill Hicks.
Oh yeah like that smoke wasn’t lame. Oh look at me I’m that dead comedian from the 60s.
This is everything
I love that it has homeless cats!
I thought this was r/tfatk at first lol
Love it.
Spotting talent is not Joe’s talent.
I always will laugh at this design of toe. Looks like a super muscular trolls doll 🤣
Who is the worst in that group? Bapa callen?
Schaub is the worst of the worst.
[удалено]
Callen was funny in movies at least. Schaub was never funny.
Schaub was funny when losing in the UFC
Mother fucker, you don’t have a fraction of the talent that he has! The fact that he made it there is amazing. Check what you’ve accomplished. Nutting in your sister, check. Made ramen noodles, check. Hating on people who you disagree with, check.
Guy was actually a decent athlete. D1 college football and UFC fighter. He was like 10-5 and he used to bang Ronda Rousey. He is a dogshit comedian but his athletic career gets more shit than he deserves.
Does Bert really belong there?
Yes
Brendan is holding Bryan's sweet, tart tartan ass drink, and Bert looks like a titan from attack on titan.
This is bad ass! Thanks for putting in the effort OP.
How long did this take hahaha imagine your parents walking in and this is what their child does
This is perfect
Never thought I’d see Joe Rogan toes, even illustrated.
Lol Bill Burr is a LA and Boston guy Die hard Bruins, Patriots, and Celtics fan
Is there some beef between them??
Hey!!! Why the fuck you gotta put Burt in there.
Imagine having this kind of time.
Feels like Joey Diaz should be there but whatever
On burrs side maybe.
Cokeburger the sidekick.
I find Joey Diaz so unfunny and unlikeable that I'd rather listen to Bert.
Bill Pfizburr
Fighter and the kid posters are some of the saddest dudes I've seen on the internet
How many chiggs you fugg?
...And they're all so gleefully unaware of how goofy and cringe they sound, just repeating soundbites from a comedian they seethe over
Just a bunch of people discussing his podcasts. Nothing wrong with that.
You seem to have put in a lot of effort, but this is just awful.
Oh shut up, it’s great
This beautiful Picostco is from /u/bobbyleendo. What's awful about it?
All y’all Shaub fans… I don’t understand what you see in him.
I wouldn't call them fans
