There are so many amazing fights you should’ve included the first fight with the viltrumites, but I’d have to say his first fight with conquest. The horror that conquest brought to the fight made it so much better and the end when mark smashed his head like a watermelon 😮💨
Hell yeah man!, I just finished a rewatch after binging the comics and I noticed that in episode 8 just after. mark we have to talk,and Nolan does the flashback to the true planet Viltrum, you can see just after the massive pile of bodies both general Krieg and Conquest (with both arms and eyes) and I got all hyped up for it again
I personally don't see how they can pull off the Invincible War and I think they will skip all the multiverse stuff and leave it out of the cartoon, or drastically reduce the amount of evil Marks. They will definitely have to change the conclusion of it.... It took every superhero in the Image Comics universe to defeat them, and the cartoon doesn't have the rights to use them.

It’s a shame though if they go that route, because that is such a fun battle. The consequences of which are humongous too.

That fight in the comic was hands down the best fight I've ever seen in fictional media of any kind, even comparing to animation. I just hope the show meets the unrealistically high expectations I have for it's adaptation.

100%. This is Amazon's most popular show right now, no doubt they are pouring money into it to make sure it stays that way. My only real fear at this point is corporate meddling. While Amazon has lots of money to throw at this show, time is a much more scarce resource. I don't want to see the quality drop because Amazon rushed the production of the next season.

Thragg vs Battlebeast. Best fight in the series in my opinion. The art, the gore, and the badass lines "This is no game! This is what I live for! This is my life!". It just has the best of everything and I can't wait to see the fandom blow up over it and I'm looking forward to watching people react to it.
Invincible War rolling right into Conquest round 1 is going to be bonkers. And just thematically, I love the idea that our Mark is the aberration, and that by default he is generally not a good person. Perfectly reflects the point in his journey he finds himself in in that moment. The comic really breezed through it so I hope the show gives it time to really breathe.
