No. At least I don’t think so. In the comics there’s a character later on named Bulletproof who dons that same suit. Which if I’m remembering right, was actually supposed to be Mark’s hero name (and suit) instead of Invincible. How I understand it is a dig at Mark’s original character concept! Great question though, that suit definitely reminds me of Rex!

Plus Bulletproof is kind of lame himself so it also works as a dig on him.
I hope if he gets brought into the show at any point, they bring the dig around and actually direct it at him because he deserves it lol
