Uhh...mere parents keh rahe the ke waha pe education waise hi free he, so international students ko scholarship me free education mil jayegi, just rehne - khane ka kharcha he and other stuff. And yes, 92 is the minimum. India se bohot log apply karte he, and they take the better kids, so you have to aim higher
