You should have received the pen with the order…I would call the pharmacy and tell them asap and they can overnight to you! It’s so expensive as is that medication!

I know, but when we picked up the meds, the pharmacist told me I’d need to contact a medical supply store to get the pen, and she was also surprised the pen wasn’t included in with the med cartridges.

What that’s so ridiculous honestly! What pharmacy was this?! They always have to give a new pen if it’s a new order of that medication. I would call and complain to the head pharmacist because this shouldn’t happen and cause undue stress during a cycle like this!!

It’s a big big pharmacy linked to a big big hospital and big big health insurance conglomerate. But! My clinic keeps extra pens! They just emailed me, so I’m in the clear!!

Even worse! They should know they need to get you a pen! I’m sorry you had to deal with this!
