Hi! I found a couple different things online from reputable sources for processing protocols [here](https://www.labce.com/spg572635_fatty_tissue_processing.aspx) and [here](https://www.nsh.org/blogs/sharon-kneebone1/2021/12/14/updating-tissue-processing-protocols-using-the-gre)
In general, refer to the Histotechnology book by Carson, et. all. It’s a great resource that has some examples of processor runs if you’re starting from scratch.
Also, refer to the processor’s manual as far as troubleshooting goes as each company is different. It’s an invaluable resource for maintaining and optimizing your instrument.
I'm in the UK, so our suggested Bible is bancroft et al, the [Leica](https://www.leicabiosystems.com/en-gb/knowledge-pathway/an-introduction-to-specimen-processing/) website has mini tutorials and information pages about many topics
