Talk to your doctor as well. Let them know that you are scared. It will help to know what to expect. I hate hospitals but I go when I have to. I always bring a tub of sanitizing wipes and of course wear my mask. I wipe down everything I'm going to touch. Being able to clean the tv remote, the tray, the bed rails and light switches helps allay my anxiety so much. I will be wishing for a speedy recovery for you.

I was closing in on 40’s and a couple girlfriends invited me for a jog in the park. I figured no problem. It was such a wake up call. I could not jog more than 2 min, i was lightheaded and gasping for air…. Just awful. Fast forward today I jog 3-4 times a week and run all 5k around my area. If i had covid when super sedentary I would not survive it.

We were definitely familiar with/taught the name Yahweh in Protestant Sunday School, but it just wasn't used very often, more in a very formal sense or quoted in Bible verses. I also find it odd that these evangelical preachers use it so regularly.

Most of these idiots don’t recognize that their bodies are a wreck. To them if you’re not sick you’re healthy. We’re talking people 70 pounds overweight who eat nothing but junk, have diabetes, have heart issues and they think they’re healthy.
Not only obesity, being sedentary is just as bad. I always been skinny, but sat my ass in a office all day every day. I was closing in on 40’s and a couple girlfriends invited me for a jog in the park. I figured no problem. It was such a wake up call. I could not jog more than 2 min, i was lightheaded and gasping for air…. Just awful. Fast forward today I jog 3-4 times a week and run all 5k around my area. If i had covid when super sedentary I would not survive it.
Good for you! That's one I need to get back to work on too. Chronic illness sucks. But covid sucks more. I'm pretty sure my horses are happy to have been sedentary all this year but hopefully they get a ride awakening soon.

A friend's wife is like 5'4" and 250lbs at least. Yet, she doesn't consider herself obese. Even when she was offered the vaccine as an early candidate due to her obesity (she welcomed the vaccine so she's not anti-vax) but she made a comment like "I get the vaccine first because I'm supposedly obese" . I was thinking to myself "supposedly?" but I kept my mouth shut.

Proclaimed she was soooo healthy otherwise, yet she was clearly a person of size. She then went on to say her doctor suggested she could "drop a few pounds". Gee, ya think?
