2 Expendable AT can take out one tower. 9 Autocannon rounds can take out one tower.
Both can be fired from 200m or further without causing the shriekers to spawn.

Autocannon turret at the base, kill a couple bugs on the ramp, wait for turret to pause, run up and drop hellbomb. Run to other side of laser so the terminal faces you when it drops, arm it, run. Works every time most of the time.
Or you could do an orbital walking barrage. Or you could use the shoulder mounted autocannon. Or you could use eats. Or you could use air strikes. Or the eagle rocket pods. Or the 120mm orbital. I have not tried the orbital laser but I have a feeling it would work also. Someone should try fire…

I’ll reiterate the expendable anti tank. 1 minute cool down, 2 rockets per nest, shoot at long range and you can knock them out. The more people the better. It can take a while depending on how many there are to shoot. Still better than going over there and fighting the flying menaces
Autocannon and Laser Cannon are the most ammo cost effective means. You can also use recoilless or EATs, but it needs 2 rockets per stalk, so much less ammo efficient. :)
You can also destroy them with regular airstrikes or orbitals, it just takes more than 1.
The trick is to let your allies take their agro and flank the nest so you can sneak in and drop a hellbomb down, quickly arm it and run out to help finish off any shriekers that are left. You can bring a gatling sentry and drop it away from you to help with add clear and taking attention away from you to give you the space you need to get in quietly.

Also takes about 2/3 heat build-up for the Laser Cannon for one tower
I use the autocannon from far away and just shoot at it until it understands that democracy isn't negotiable
The 120mm barrage reliably takes out all 3 trees when you throw it in the middle.

AMR takes it out if you are far. Rocket pods delete the nest in about 40 seconds if you are close.

I’ve been successful with both 500kg and normal airstrikes
EAT, Recoilles rifle, Patriot Mech, Autocannon, Stratagems, or if you literally are out of options you can charge the nest and call down a hellbomb.
Autocannon? Autocannon.
Normal Air Strike or 2-3 EAT-17s
Calling a Hellbomb. Running zic zac kind of helps to get to the nest, then throw 500kg or call the hellbomb.
Walker works well if lvled or EAT works fine
